The Waverider V1 is a new 3x3 speedcube by the emerging brand Haitun Cube. This Flagship version features traditional corner-edge magnets as well as little (but surprisingly strong) magnets embedded into the feet of each piece, creating a dynamic magnet positioning system. It also has an easy to use adjustment system with 8 tensions, 8 elasticities, and 6 magnet strengths. Corner cutting and movement are outstanding.The Waverider has a glossy exterior and heart-shaped patterns that cover the pieces, giving the cube a soft feel and fantastic lube distribution.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Went through and did a few solves and then lubed and tuned it and it feels amazing! I didn't like how it was out of the box but now that I got it all setup I'm really happy with it! Great cube!
very nice and smooth
This is a really good cube, good corner cutting, lots of customizations can be made. It's a good first cube by Haitun. I seen quite a few reviews saying it's middle of the road, and maybe it is to some degree, but this is their first cube and this is a very good usable cube.

As far as I'm aware, this is the first cube ever made by this company. It's *really* nice. It has an extremely unique feel that I'm not sure how to put into words. It's super controllable without sacrificing turn speed or having really high resistance. The adjustable magnets are easy to use and pretty solidly strong. The center adjusting system could be better. It works just fine, but it's really hard to read on account of being transparent.
I also just love the look of this cube. The dolphin logo is probably tied for the X-Man logo for my favorite of any brand, and the heart shaped piece grooves are really cute. The colors are really nice and slightly muted.
This cube probably won't make everyone happy on account of it feeling so different from any other cube, at least compared to the ones I have, but I think it's definitely a worthwhile purchase.
This cube has even better adjustability than the tv3 at a slightly lower price! I put center travel to 6, tension on 3, magnets on stock settings, and 4 drops of silk and the result is amazing. Corner cutting is a bit random, because sometimes <45 degree cuts lock up but 50+ degree cuts surprisingly work. The only problem is spring noise, but its not that big of a deal.
