Shipping and Return Info
How do I calculate the shipping rate for any item?
To quickly and easily calculate the shipping rate for any destination, just add the desired item(s) to your shopping cart, and then select your country from the Shipping Calculator tool at the bottom of the cart. The total shipping cost and your order total with shipping will automatically be shown.
Shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico
Standard Shipping (Estimated 2-5 business days): We offer standard shipping to United States (including APO, FPO, DPO) and Puerto Rican shipping addresses. To qualify for free standard shipping, the order total must be over $39. USPS Delivery Confirmation is included free of charge.
Expedited Shipping (Estimated 1-3 business days): We offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail to United States (including APO, FPO, DPO) and Puerto Rican shipping addresses. To qualify for free expedited shipping, the order total must be over $75. USPS Delivery Confirmation is included free of charge. Please note that although this is an expedited shipping option, the USPS does not make any guarantees about the delivery date, and delays are possible. However, expedited mail is expected to arrive faster than standard mail.
Express Shipping (Guaranteed 1-2 business days): We offer express shipping via USPS Priority Mail Express to United States (including APO, FPO, DPO) and Puerto Rican shipping addresses. Express shipping will arrive by the specified delivery date on the tracking number (1 or 2 business days, depending on location), and if it does not arrive by the specified delivery time, you will be eligible for a full refund of the shipping fee.
Shipping to Canada
USPS First-Class International Parcel Service (Estimated 4-7 business days): We offer shipping via USPS First-Class International to Canadian shipping addresses. The shipping rate is directly determined by USPS rates -- what you pay for shipping is the amount we pay to ship the product to your address. A USPS E-delivery confirmation number number will be provided free of charge, which can be used to track the progress of the shipment. For Canadian orders, the tracking number may also be used on the Canada Post website for more detailed tracking information.
USPS First-Class International Parcel Service (Estimated 6-15 business days): For all other shipping addresses not in Canada, the United States, or Puerto Rico, we offer shipping via USPS First-Class International. The shipping rate is directly determined by USPS rates -- what you pay for shipping is the amount we pay to ship the product to your address. A USPS customs number will be provided free of charge, which can be used to track the progress of the shipment until it leaves the United States.
Regarding the Use of Letter Envelopes
For orders containing 3 or fewer sets of stickers only, we may use a plain letter envelope to ship the order. This does not affect the expected shipping speed, and it may actually quicken the shipping since plain letter envelopes are generally subject to fewer inspection procedures.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For USA-based orders, this usually means the package will be delivered with your ordinary letter mail in your mailbox, or if the package is too big to fit in the mailbox, it may be left outside the mailbox, at your door, or wherever else large USPS packages are typically left at your address.
For international orders, the USPS is only responsible for delivering the package to the destination country. After the package arrives in the destination country, it is tendered to the national postal carrier of that country (i.e., whichever entity is responsible for official mail in the country), and they will complete the delivery in the way that they usually deliver mail. In most cases, the package is delivered in the same way that normal mail is delivered (to a mailbox, directly to the door, etc.). Sometimes, a customs duty may be assessed on bringing the package into the country, and it may be held at a local government post office until the recipient pays the customs duty. A notice will usually be left at the recipient's address informing them that a package is awaiting pickup from the post office.
Mail delivery practices can vary widely depending on your country. If you have any questions about how to expect your mail to be delivered, we would recommend contacting your country's national postal carrier regarding international deliveries.
