DaYan TengYun 2x2 M

the first thing I noticed was that this cube was stooopid quiet, no matter how rough I turned the cube was always quiet.

I decided to set it up with some wither lubes due to the cube being quite fast and a little uncontrollable so I set it up with weight 5 in the core and tracks and some silk in the pieces, after the set up the cube got even more quiet and smooth and became much more controllable.

in conclusion, I enjoy the feel of this cube very much since it is light and airy but corner-cutting is slightly more effort compared to my main (mgc elite 2x2) as my main has a better size and smoother flow during solves.

As someone who is ranked 360th in the world for 2x2 average, I feel I am well qualified to give my thoughts on this cube. It is impeccably smooth and has the perfect balance between speed and controllability. The extra springs allowed me to adjust how stable/fast it was, and I went with the weaker springs. I had to find a good balance between ample corner cutting and minimizing corner twisting, but once I found it, it became so nice to turn and solve on. My times are very good on it, and I plus 2, corner twist, and lock up less on the Tengyun than on my Valk 2 (with MGC springs), and my MGC. This cube is insanely good, and in my opinion is loads better than the Valk. If you are considering getting a flagship 2x2, don't go for the Valk (as it is quite slow and hard to maintain fast), and get the Tengyun if you can afford it.

This cube really blew me away! At first, I thought It would feel similar to my WeiPo, but boy was I wrong! This is my new main, and I knew it would be right after I put some drops of Lubicle Speedy in it. I would recommend this cube to ANYONE who is looking for a new 2x2 main!

I heard that the Tengyun was one of the best cubes on the market, so I went ahead and bought it.
It's my first 2x2 and it performs exactly as expected- it's really quiet and turns really well.
I'm new to 2x2 especially solving them quickly, but all the turns are really smooth and that's straight out of the box. I haven't had any problems with the cube locking up and I absolutely love how quiet it is. If you don't get why having a quiet cube is great, you should really get the Tengyun. You'll see what all the fuss is about.

quiet(no spring noise but corner cutting makes sounds) pretty good, would recommend for quiet places.

The feel on this cube is exceptional. It's very, very quiet and smooth. The performance is quite good too but I do experience the occasional lockup or cornertwist during solves. I average sub 2.5

I recently bought the MGC and I really didn't like it at all. I had to buy the Dayan and I am very happy. It is fast, smooth and controllable. For me the best 2x2 at the moment.

This cube is pretty stable, has strong magnets, good corner cutting, a nicer size than the mgc, but over everything this thing is SUPER quiet. It honestly feels like the pieces just float across each other. Its performance is phenomenal and its feel is unmatched. You will not be dissapointed with this cube.
