Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

there is no reason to buy this whatsoever

i am sorry to report that this cube is terrable. it maxes out at corner cutting around 10 degrees forward and 0 degrees reverse. and don't try to loosen it because it will pop and it is SO hard to get back together me and my friend spent over an hour trying to get one piece in. and dont buy it because you want a smart 2x2 IT IS TERRABLE. not to mension the app SUCKS. it cycles three scrambles over and over again and races you against bots. it also disconnects and it comes OOTB with a weird watch battery with NO POWER LEFT. also the battery is deep in the core and it is so hard to get to. THERE IS NO REASON TO BUY THIS IM SORRY BUT IT SUCKS. id rate it 0 stars but the site doesn't allow me to lol.

this cube is heavy small tight CANNOT CORNER CUT AT ALL, and it pops.
and another thing. the app is terrible! it has about three scrambles in the system and if you turn too fast, it cant track your moves and looks scrambled.

Great Cube

I love the cube but the app has problems with staying connected to my cube. I have to reset the cube everything I use it but other than that I love everything else. Great cube for beginners!

Pretty good.

This cube doesn’t have amazing turning, but it’s usable, and the magnets are extremely weak, if there are any. Though it does connect to the app fine, and is good to use.

CubeAssist (United States)

The app is the best app by far that i have seen but the cube is a complete hunk of trash! I like the tiles but it does not even feel like there are magnets in it even though there are! But the biggest problem i have with it is that the corners like two pop and they are so hard to get back in! It actually took me and my dad like 45 minutes once to get it back in! The cube also has a problem with not registering with the app and the moves often don't even show up! really disappointed

Good in some ways and bad in some ways

This cube is good in some ways and bad in some ways. One way it's good is that it's a smart cube. The turning is a bit rough, but I wouldn't buy it if you can turn the cube fast, or are looking for speed cube 2x2s. The app is good and registers all of the turns no matter how fast you turn. But the problem is that the cube pops a bunch. I was solving, and the cube popped. The real struggle is putting it back together. Recently, I had a pop. It took me over 5 hours to put it back. All in all, this cube is fine. Buy it if you're a beginner.

Nice cube

Cube is a little scratchy but after a few 100 solves it is very smooth. Love the tiles beats stickerless and sticker'd hands down.

Great 2x2

App works to teavh a new cuber and has other puzzle modes to get them thinking.

Please don't waste your money on this

About 1 in 8 turns won't register on the app. I have seen this happen to other people so I know it isn't just me. If you are like me and do 2x2 because you don't want to learn 3x3, just learn 3x3 and get the Rubiks Smart Cube.

Needs a Version 2

I love this cube, but it doesn't feel as good as the GiiKER 3x3 which I really enjoy solving on. It uses the same app, which I think is one of the best smart cube apps available honestly, but the 2x2 is a bit loud, papery feeling, and just kinda scratchy. The battery hasn't really dropped in charge at all in the week I've had it and I solve on it for around 20-30min a day (mostly with the app, but also without).

If you love 2x2 and want to compete online or track times via a connected app, it's worth the cost. But I really hope they update it like they did their 3x3 and make it just a little bit better.
