Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

The feeling is great
This 2x2 is incredible.. fast speed, stable, good corner cutting, flexible, 51 mm, doesn’t break the bank, anything you would want from a 2x2. Until one of my corners broke off. I tried to add superglue to fix it. So I took the cube apart and I’m doing so another corner broke. Now I don’t know if it’s worth it to try and fix it or just go with my qiyi ms.
I was really looking forward to this cube, and when I opened it up — it looked amazing. The movement was smooth and I really liked the magnets. I made a couple rotations and one solve . . . then *set* it down on the table so that I could unbox the other cube I had ordered. When it touched the table one of the corners snapped. So bummed out.
Thanks for your review! This is a fairly fragile puzzle and it can break if you twist the corners, but it shouldn't break while you are unboxing it. If you send us an email, we will see what we can do.

A little slow OotB but after breaking it in and setting it up it’s a great 2x2. Got a 3.50 second solve on it which was half my previous PB.
The 2x2 is great right out of the box. I truly enjoy this cube definitely recommended to a 2x2er of any level.
This 2x2 is what every other 2x2 should aspire to be. Period. Fantastic cube, even better with the right lube for you.
i don't want to give a one-star review, bc it's likely not the cubicle's fault, but one of the corner pieces was broken out of the box. i removed the wrapping and immediately noticed the corners were not aligned and it just came loose and fell off. the turning on this thing is not at all what i was expecting either, it's too tight and feels awful, like if there's sand inside it or something. i'm big disappointment, and this prob warrants a one-star review, but i will try and figure out how to reach out to see if they can help me out

As most would expect it is kind of slow OOTB, but with some lubricant it is great. If you find that you have lubed it but it still doesn't feel right, it is probably because you haven't put any lube in the corner. If you like clacky and blocky 2x2s this is for you.
So the cube is amazing no problems, but when i twisted the corner with the logo it broke! It just. Happened.
2x2 cubes have a piece that is attached to the core to help with alignment, and forcing that piece to twist usually breaks it. If you send us an email, we can check and see if we have a spare piece available for purchase.
