Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

I don't really do 7x7, so take my review with a grain of salt, but wow! It turns better than the MGC 6x6 tbh, so smooth, I just love turning it, and if YJ manifested this exact feel into a 3x3, it would be a potential main contender mark my words.
Wow! This is my first 7x7, and it is absolutely wonderful.
The only problem is that it never tensions just right, if it’s too loose, pieces will pop, and if it’s too tight, it turns slowly. Otherwise, it’s amazing! One of my first magnetic puzzles!
YJ MGC 7x7
it is a great cube for all cubers, it is smooth, fast, and even better with lube! It has popped a few times but nothing bad! I would encourage you to get it!
I LOVE THIS CUBE! All the layers slide so easily, but the magnets are nice and strong and keep the puzzle very well aligned. I got the stickerless version, because I was worried about little stickers falling off. I'm not a fan of the bright colors, but I'm getting used to it. I'm going to have to get this brand and Cubicle lube service for the rest of my collection, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 8x8 .....
This is the only 7x7 I've ever bought so I don't have any other 7x7s to compare it to. But I think this cube performs great. I rarely gets pops and I feel my times are less limited to the cube itself but instead my own performance. All at such a good price. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.
Price to performance is great, smooth turning, tighting a bit ootb and the popping disappears, easy recommend
I really like this cube! Out of the box, it was a little dry, but after putting in weight 3, breaking it in and adding lubicle 1, if felt better.. This was my first 7x7, so I don't know what to say. Givin 34 dollars, this is an excellent 7x7. One drawback for this cube was that out of the box the magnets are too strong and they stick together her as I was trying to do algorithms, but that goes away after 10 minutes on this puzzle and some lube. It also was too loose, but some tensioning completed the job.
Overall, this is a great cube and I don't plan on switching anytime soon.
I’ve been cubing for 11+ years, and have purchased 5 different 7x7’s in that time, and I legitimately never thought the 7x7 hardware or mechanism would ever be executed this exceptionally well.
It’s so lightweight, yet very stable and robust, in a way that still feels premium. This weight matters so much more on 7x7, because a bulky cube means tired hands , which means shorter sessions, which leads to longer average times. This fixed that almost completely for me.
On top of this, it has some other excellent characteristics, like very vibrant and distinguishable color shades, even turning amongst all the layers, and the corner cutting is more than sufficient.
The only complaint would be that this cube pops at loser tensions, and the magnet strength on inner layers feels a bit weak at times, which can lead to misalignments when attempting m-moves during 3x3 stage of solves, but that’s something that shouldn’t even be attempted in the first place if you’re getting competitive in the event.
Even with those two minor drawbacks, this cube is unquestionably the foremost recommendation and market leader for 7x7 hardware.
If you’re on the market for 7x7, get this cube. Enough said.
