Product Description

This Data Connector is for the StackMat G5 Timer. The cable is 6 feet long. It has a 90 degree 2.5mm jack on one end, and a standard 3.5mm jack on the other.

Also compatible with the StackMat G4 Timer.

Please note that this item requires a dedicated microphone jack or an external splitter. It is not compatible with mobile devices or headphone/microphone combo jacks.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I wish they said this in the description

It didn’t say in the description that you would have to use a mic output in a laptop when laptops have a single audio/mic jack. I have to go buy a usb accessory for me to even use the cable. Yes I’m glad I bought this, but I wish I did a little more research before I did.

Great cable

sometimes can glitch and stop after 0.004-0.008 secs when using some timers but not cstimer

It' works

If you're looking for the data cable that fits multiple timers. You just found it, and it's cheaper here than anywhere else. Not much I can say other than it's plug and play. There was is no other adapters needed. It just works.

Oh my god bruh

I bought the cable thinking it would work if it was connected to a iPad but I must use a laptop and must buy a usb to mic adapter so be careful about buying this.

actually works with g5 unlike previous cords. You will need a usb audio/mic splitter to use this if you are using a laptop. Go watch cyothekings tutorial if you plan to use with laptop.

Does it work? Yesn't.

For some reason I can't get this to work with csTimer or any other timer. If anyone from the cubicle is reading this, can you help me out? Thanks :D (The laptop I'm using this on has only one mic jack if that helps)

As stated in the product description, this product does not work with computers that have a combined headphone and microphone jack. You will need to purchase a splitter to get it to work.

It's Great, Be Prepared to Buy More Accessories if You Use a Apple Computer

This product hasn't had any issues for me, the only thing is that you need to buy an extra adapter if you use any Apple computer, which kinda sucks. Personally, I would recommend getting a smart timer instead, like the Qiyi Smart Timer (which is cheaper than a Stackmat Timer) or whatever the most recent GAN smart timer is.
