Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This was my first pyraminx and at first I thought it was great. It had smooth turning and everything. After a little while I noticed that it was a little slow on the single triangle at the top of every side. It was just very hard to turn them. This increased my time by 2 seconds most of time which is actually more than you think. Other then that, I think it was a pretty good cube for the price.
I got this cube for my stepsister because she is starting to cube (I'm planning on teaching her). There were good reviews, so I thought, "Why not!" and bought it. When it came out of the box, all of the the tips were (and still are) VERY STIFF. The cube also doesn't turn very well. You can hear the springs moving on all sides and corners no matter how you twist it. Maybe my cube is just defective since no one else had this problem. IDK what happened. Not buying this again.
I needed a replacement pyraminx, the two that I've had for a long time, probably since the 80s, are starting to show their age. This pyraminx is a great feeling Cube and is very responsive.
if you're like me and needing a replacement pyraminx Cube this as a great Place to start. If you are looking to have a pyraminx cube this is a great first pyraminx for you.
Out of the box it was pretty loose and felt uncontrollable but after tensioning it, it felt great. Its very fast and smooth with a slight sandy feel but the turning is great. The quality is great for the price
This pyramix is very good for beginners. Only complaint is corner cutting
For 6 dollars, it's very good. OOTB it was fast and smooth. The only problem is corner cutting, but for beginners it's perfect.
I got this pyra and its kind of sluggish and springy, but has good corner cutting, and has got much better post-setup. It's tips are very nice and have a prominent snap, but the actual layers are not as snappy, and can misalign. Not a bad pyra for how cheap it is. It also has a matte-style plastic which makes the cube a bit slippery. 4/5
