Product Description

The MoYu Super RS3 M 2022 3x3 the latest cube in MoYu's famous entry level 3x3 series. This version features a magnetic ball core for improved stability. It also uses MagLev technology in place of springs, which relies on repelling magnets to replicate spring force. This reduces friction and completely eliminates spring noise, as there are no springs.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Perfect cube

The perfect mix of speed and control, would recommend tension on the 7th setting and the screw reasonably loose, I used to own the tornado v3 and before that every Gan release since the 356xs and this is my favourite cube of all of them

best cube under $20

literally the best cube you can get for under twenty dollars. the magnetic core is definitely noticeable and the gold internals are very nice. a while ago the ballcore was breaking but now it hasn't broken at all and there is an extra core in the box. This cube is the best cube for beginners.

Too loose out of the box

This cube is smooth and slippry even without lube. It is TOO loose and slippery out of the box, making it hard to hold. That being said, it is very easy to adjust. After using this one, my other cubes feel gummy. (MoYu RS3 M 2022, with additional magnet set, MoYu RS3 M 2022 without additional magnet set, Thunderclap and Valk 3, and others). They all feel different and felt OK until now. Using this one has revealed problems in each of them, pushing them toward feeling like an original R**ik's brand 3x3x3 purchased at Walmart.

Super RS3M Ball Core

Having tried the Super RS3M Ball Core , G13M, and YD2 (Tv3) in the same day, with at least 50 solves on each, I'd say I personally preferred the overall hand feel and tactile texture of the ball core. As much as I aesthetically enjoy the UV of the G13M, the ball core's matte texture felt very natural and comfortable. It glides well without being overly uncontrollable for me. In terms of sound, I'm not overly bothered by "loud" cubes, but for me the ball core sat between the G13ML (loudest) and the YD2 (quietest). In terms of speed, again I'd place it between the G13M, which verged on being unwieldy at times, and the YD2, which definitely felt "grounded" due to the custom lube combination. Maybe it's because of my natural grip style or possibly current skill level, but I tended to lock up more with the ball core than either the G13M or the YD2, regardless of if I sped up or slowed down, though making M/S/E slices was more stable on the ball core than it was on G13M due to the ball core's more overall sturdy feel.

If I was blindfolded and had to pick purely on tactile experience I'd lean more towards the ball core. I'd personally use this more as a training cube to practice techniques and speed/pacing, to train myself to avoid locking behaviors/grips and transition to the G13M or the YD2 to actually break PBs. If I'm trying to level up my comfort with speed then I'd practice with the G13M, but for consistency and avoidance of locking when it matters I'd default to the YD2.

Though I don't particularly enjoy the springy sound of the YD2, or it's grounded feel, it is without a doubt the most stable of the three with the fewest lockups. The G13M gave the strongest sense of speed (naturally) but at times would verge on outpacing what I was expecting my hands to do. It definitely had the most flexible/warp-able feel of the three, and was more difficult (or at least uncertain) to execute M/S/E slices without lockups. Most of these issues are likely due to my own grip style (I'm a lefty, so I've trained myself to be able to do most algorithms mirrored for both hands, though I'll still naturally tends toward my left handed grip on default)

Cube

OOTB It was great. Have not set it up and probably wont as it is not for me. I tend to do better on Gan cubes for some odd reason.

Okay way too fast

The reason why I give it a four is because turning is fast and corner cutting is uncontrollable sometimes

Decent

I got this cube after my RS3M 2020 broke, but I wasn't completely disappointed. After watching the Cubcile review on this cube, I was scared to get this, but still did.
Out of the box it was really fast and uncontrollable, but after a few adjustments I got it to a comfortable feeling. I lubed this cube with mystic and gravitas, and it was much better to turn, and it also became quieter
But, this cube isn't my main, because I got the standard version, and I like that one ALOT more than this one.
