Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

The puzzle itself is great! It turns well and has not had any issues with catching. The colors are gorgeous. Pieces have notches into each other to prevent popping. I do not anticipate any issues with turning as long as I check alignment before starting another turn. For those familiar, it is physically larger than the Sengso 19x19 but is smaller than the Yuxin 17x17.
The case it comes in is made out of cardboard with a leather handle and has plastic holding it in place. I do wish it had foam holding it in place instead of plastic since it makes it a little difficult to get the puzzle in and out of the case.
Very good puzzle, it darfs the shengshou 19x29 also fun fact: this is more than 200 grams heavier than the Yuxin 17x17 dispite being 150mm.
I knew from other reviews and videos that this cube turned but wow, this is so much better then I expected. Solving it I had only 2 pops and they were easy to fix. It turns so smooth and doesn't even feel like it is gonna break. While it does have quite the price I'm glad it is in my collection and can be used for patterns and fun patient solves.
Overall great cube i have owned it for a while and has never popped on me.
The quality of the cube is very poor, cubes are popped out with in 30mins of started playing. When I returned the cube they charged me 15% for the restocking fees which is huge for the cube pop out.

it took me awhile to break it in, as outer slices were hard to first turn out of the box. with dnm-37 the middle slices turn great. just have to make sure everything is aligned before twisting. only got around to 3 centers solved in this uploaded picture
This cube can surprisingly turn smoothly and faster than I expected.
