Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

right out of the box it suprised me, with much better coner cutting than the 12. 100% worth all my lifes savings.
I’m sure there are better cubes out there, but this is the first cube I’ve bought in roughly 4 years. So all this mag lev and ball core stuff is new to me. Coming from an old rs3m to this is a HUGE step up. Couldn’t be happier.
The best cube! When I got it I shortly got my new pb!
I bought it but the center caps are too tight and it's just too loose! I used weight 5 and dignitas but still I have a feeling that it's controllable but then its looseness is just too much and pls reply back to me on how to remove the center caps

Thanks for your review! You are trying to remove the caps correctly, but you need to use more force. You can also try a different corner of the cap - it's easier to remove them from some sides than others.

This cube has great corner cutting and fast turning. It is a great cube. But the only downside is that the white cube box and some edges broke easily. Do you sell replacement parts cubicle?

the cube itself is great, but the gan 13 box fell apart and i dont know how to fix it.
It is great and fast Corning cutting is great and the magnets are real good
If serious about cubing then get it’s worth the money but even if you’re not pro it’s good to get but still be fast I’ve seen like 10 people who can’t solve a cube get it but don’t do that get a budget cube to start out with like the rs3m
