Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Great puzzle!

Turns incredibly well right out of the box. Very well made and agreed solve experience. Not terribly difficult but still fun.

Phenomenal puzzle that arrived with some very minor issues.

The Hanoiminx is a great new puzzle with a solid build quality, beautiful stickers, and butter smooth turning right out of the box. I think the price is fair for what you get, especially as a Cubicle exclusive. It is worth noting that mine did come with a small crack in the box the puzzle came in, as well as one of the smaller stickers peeling up slightly. Very minor issues indeed, but worth mentioning none the less. You'll definitely want to pick this one up! I hope to see more designs from Mai Phu Son in the future.

Fantastic new addition

This puzzle perhaps is a bit expensive for a new release, but considering it's the first product from this brand, the overall quality, and built is great. Puzzle turns and looks fantastic. Overall it's a more intuitive puzzle, but I personnally like those kinds of puzzles, something you can grab without the knowledge of too many algorithms and get around... Anyways, the product sure feels top notch. That being said, there's a few details it would be cool to see fixed in their next puzzles/releases (one damaged stickers... extra stickers are nice, but the said extra stickers just add enough to replace the already damaged one.

For the overall look of the puzzle the only complaint I have is that the manufacturer chose a design that show the assembly lines/splits on the outside of the pieces (underneat the stickers). Personnally without this split look this puzzle would look aesthically perfect, but as long as the puzzle turns well, this is to be prefered over bad turning quality guess.

I highly recommend this puzzle.

Fun puzzle, intuitive solve

When I first started playing with this puzzle, I tried doing a layer by layer approach. I realized shortly after this isn't a megaminx mod, it's a pyraminx. My steps became place corners, reduce edges, place edges. It's not a difficult puzzle, but it is an enjoyable solving experience.

Great Puzzle.

This is a very pretty puzzle. It turns great. The solve is similar to a megaminx. The start of the solve is fairly intuitive, cross & f2l stuff. I did have to break down and use an alg from the pamphlet. This may have been the first time the pamphlet with a puzzle helped me.
My only complaint: one of the small stickers was starting to peal, put the puzzle came with a partial sticker set, so I was able to replace it.
All in all, a nice addition to my collection.

great new puzzle, looking forward to more

Visited Vietnam recently and bought this immediately after seeing it. The quality is excellent - the turns are very smooth and the puzzle seems very stable and unlikely to come apart unless intended. This is not intended to be a speedcube; the turns are very quiet, but the alignment can be a bit tricky. The alignmemt is not a design issue, but rather inherent to the puzzle since not all of the sides are the same shape. It has an odd mixture of triangles and hexagons, which presents unique challenges to those of us used to normal face-turning cubes and dodecahedrons. I would not say that this is particularly complex, as it is just a face turning puzzle and does not feature shapeshifting, jumbling, or hybrid mechanisms, but it is different from most things I have in my collection so far. I have solved it once, but cannot yet do so repeatably. I was able to solve the puzzle without using any algorithms (it comes with a book on how to solve it, but I didn't look at that), so I would guess that it is easy enough for more experienced cubers but not so simple for beginners.

Great newcomer puzzle!

This is AFAIK the first puzzle by that designer, and it's build quality might surprise you! Not sure how to describe the turning, it's super smooth and enjoyable, haven't really had a cube like this before. The solve is (for me) pretty difficult, but luckily it comes with a complete guide for dummies like me.
