Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

I really like this cube. The magnets are strong, it turns great, and feels nice to use. The app for iOS (and Android) is really good, however there's no support for PCs or any sort of web apps. It would've been nice to see that, along with some development API so we can connect it to other apps easily.
My biggest issue with the cube is how often it seems to pop. I probably get a edge pop out every 10 or so solves, and the corner caps have seemed to start falling off, too now. It's really annoying. If they could fix this issue, I would give it five stars.
This is one of my favorite cubes, it feels great. I love competing with others over the app—there is always someone online and ready to compete.
Full disclosure, I'm a newbie. The cube works great and the stat tracking is very engaging. The stickers are awful. They were already showing wear after a week and after two they have this awful tactile feel! I suggest ordering a set of stickers with the cube.
the cube works more than good. The app is awesome, and so is the the cube. Be careful when your friends bring his near by the devices you use with the app, so you don’t switch cubes.
Last thing, I am wondering if you can change tension. Otherwise, over all it is really good, both the app and cube.
this cube is amazing it so fun to race people and lot of games to play I really recommend this cube
The app is so engaging and it tracks your cube so well. I've only had to reset the color scheme once.
I wish Rubiks would let me just press the play again button on PvP mode, instead of making me pick my level again and again. The stickers are sub par. All these tiny complaints are why I gave it 4 stars, however would i recommend it? Definitely! It's so amazing. If your wanting your 1st smart cube, this is the best one with the best app! Gans smart cube can't compete with there trashy app.
The cube is great, and the app is great. I'd would be nice if it was stickerless, and could track your orientation, but overall it's worth every penny.
I have both the GoCube and the Rubik’s Connected Cube. I think both are great cubes, but using the GoCube often made regular cubes feel strange and it took a while to get used to that feel again. I’m glad there is a regular shaped cube that uses the same technology as the GoCube.
The stickers on the Rubik’s cube are bad (too slick) and should be replaced. Also, I do not believe the cube allows the tension to be adjusted.
To my knowledge there's a blue LED on the white face that turns on when it's charging. When I plug it in the LED keeps flickering on and off. I've tried every possible thing I can think off, but I just can't get a proper charge. I have yet to see my cube at full battery since I bought it.
Hello Henry, likely there is no issue with the battery itself. However, there is a known issue in which the battery level display is not accurate. You can contact GoCube if you need more technical support:
