Product Description

The FanXin Banana is a shape modification of a 2x2x3 puzzle. Don't try to peel this one though, just twist and turn until it is back in banana shape! Good luck!

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Meh

I waited for it to ripen for multiple weeks, but in the end it was still hard.
It also had a plasticky taste that I did not like.
I would not recommend to anyone for eating.
The apple was much better!

Realistic

I added the sticker, from a banana I got at the store.
From across the puzzle looks like a real banana.
OOTB, this puzzle is amazing and fun to scramble.
I was delighted to find that there is a solution guide included, which can assist with the solve (if needed).

It is good and shaped like a banana

Out of all of the banana-shaped puzzles I own this is the only one and it is fantastic. The color scheme took some getting used to: rather than having white opposite of yellow this puzzle just has yellow on every face with some bits of brown. I'm tempted to outfit my puzzle with magnets as the turning can be a bit finicky. Hopefully the WCA introduces a 2x2x3 banana event soon.

Ripest banana I ever had. I might order some more just to make banana bread with. Very delicious and had a weird cubey aftertaste

Fun odd cube!

I got the FanXin Banana for my son who loves to cube. Honestly I thought it would be a simple solve and he'd be bored with it... but I was so wrong! He has solved it many times, but always has to work at it. He said that he still hasn't figured out the proper algorithm so it's just trial an error. He's had it for a week and he still has it in rotation with his speed cubes. Thanks Cubicle!

Contains a magic trick!

Starting with a fully solved puzzle, you can turn it into a boat carrying 2 giant bananas by just making 3 strategic moves. Search it out, and make the banana boat. Now show it to a friend who knows nothing about twisty puzzles. Put it behind your back and in less than 2 seconds turn it into one single banana. It's a mind blower ! Just be sure to practice this before you make a fool of yourself !
