Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Maru Lube

Maru Lube is a great product, the problem is the packaging!!!! I've ordered two bottles of Maru this month. Both were cracked on the rim in the same places and leaked during shipping. This problem should not in any way reflect negatively on Thecubicle.us, but rather with the manufacturer of Maru.

THIS STUFF IS INSANE

I recently got this lube and it works like a charm, my Gans 356 air SM had not been lubed after like 400 solves or more it had the worst lock ups, corner cutting practically everything was bad. I put 3 drops and know I love this Cube and its my main now. This lube bring your corner cutting back to life it makes the cube insanely fast but incredibly smooth like silk does like this review if you found it helpful. To put it open the cube up and put 1-3 drops.

Good lube

This is a good lube to speed your cube a lot but it leaves lots of piece residue.

Good, but this is how you should use it.

So I ordered this and put a couple drops into my puzzle. It was good for a little while. But then it dried out. And kept drying out. So what I recommend you do is, setup the spring, nail, and lube those with a thick lube such as weight 5 or 4. If you don't have that, you can actually use Petroleum Jelly instead. It does slow down your cube but will make a massive improvement in smoothness and overall quality. Then tension your cube. Add the lube every 5-7 days and put 2-3 drops each time. Also, break in the core lube before putting the Maru in. Then, your cube should be really smooth, and fast, and feel a lot quicker!

love this lube!! but evaporates fast

i love this lube however it evaporates too fast. depending on how humid it is where you use it it can last from 3-7 days. i live in dallas texas i find it lasts an average of about 3 days. (give or take a few). despite all i have said i still love this lube and definitely recommend it to anyone using a 4x4 3x3 2x2. any bigger than that and i find it does nothing. i would recommend 3 drops on 2x2, 4 drops on 3x3, and 7 or 8 drops on 4x4.

Exceptionally good! However...

This lube is really good when you have not lubed your cube for a long while. It repairs your cube instantly and when you put a few drips, your cube is revived. However, it is not long-lasting. After about 40 solves, you will feel a rusty feeling coming back. When this happens, you will be disappointed (Of course). Therefore, i would recommend DNM-37. I bought a GAN 356 Air (Master). I did not touch it for a few months and after putting a few drops of DNM-37, the cube burst into god mode. When i say god-mode its literally very powerful. Try getting this lube, if your cube is a budget cube because it help repairs in cubes.
I hope this helped.

Surprised

Decided to give this lube a try and see what it would do for our cubes. Right away I was really surprised by the increase in speed. I thought it might be a thicker more viscosity type lube. However, this reminded me more of a DNM-37 lube. With similar speed increase and performance. If I had one complaint, it's that it doesn't seem to last long and by that I mean we probably do 1k solves or more per week and by the end of the week, you can feel it needs another drop.

It's a very thin lube, so a drop is all you need, if you apply too much at one time, it will just end up on the outside of your cube. So use a drop in a couple corners, mix it in and see if your cube needs a little more. You will notice a speed increase instantly.

To save some money, this may end up being a lube I stick with. You get more and use less, while getting a good performance out of it. I also switched to a weight 3 for the core, and it seems to be a decent combination so far. I'm still playing around to find the perfect set up for us but this is definitely on the list until I find something better.

Awful

I recently put some of this in my Yuxin 5x5, later to find it caked around the screws, rusting them away! I really would like a new Yuxin 5x5 after this. I and am heavily disappointed.

don't buy it...

Its a fast and efficient lube, but it leaves a gummy substance on the application surface. I prefer the DNM-37 if you wan't a fast and long lasting lubricator.
