Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Mr. Miserable

The Mr. M series (6x6 and 7x7) are junk. Don't buy these.!
Pay the same price and get yourself a stellar performer like the YJ YuFu 7x7 V2

Vcube 7 is better

Only the 3x3 layer is magnetic, the cube isn't great, the turning is horrid. My Vcube 7 turns better. I wouldn't pay $5 for this cube let alone $20. It might as well be a paper weight.

please send help

I don't actually own this cube (glad I dont), instead I had an encounter with it last time I was visiting TheCubicle.
As Phil and I were walking around, I noticed a pillowed 7x7 with a weird texture sitting out of its box on a shelf. At that point, I was pretty sure I knew what I was looking at, the dreaded Mr. M 7x7.
I wanted to see for myself just how bad it is, and I asked Phil if I could check it out. He said yes, so I went to turn it.
It was partly solved, the white center solved and the yellow partway finished, and I instantly knew why no one had bothered to solve it.
It was so hard to turn, I don't remember turning it once. I'm sure that the V-Cube 7 would be better, although I never touched it.
I'm glad I don't own this thing, you couldn't pay me to solve this cube. Seriously, if you want a 20$ cube, get the YJ YuFu 7x7, it's much better.

If you buy this, don't say I didn't warn you.

Not that good.

The Mr. M 7x7 came very tight making it hard to turn. After I loosened it, I noticed that the outside layer has stronger magnets than the 2nd layer, making it difficult to turn on the 3x3 stage. The inside layer also has too strong magnets when working on the centers and the edges. While it may be bad at turning, it still is cool to have a pillowed 7x7 in my collection.

It’s a 7x7. The solve is long and tedious, the turning is difficult due to the size, and there’s parity.

Way too tight

Turning is way too tight.
