Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Beautiful dino variant with some flaws

Almost like the mosaic cube, this one has one side with an extra edge making the solve slightly more difficult. Comes with a pseudo-parity at the end, since some pieces are functionally equivalent.
The turning is meh though, I can't seem to find the sweetspot of not-popping and easy turning. In the beginning it was too hard to turn, after I loosened it it started popping like crazy. I'm now at a state where turning is okay-ish, but it tends to catch a lot. Better than popping though, since it seems to be springless it needs to be pretty tight.

Pieces breaking and popping after a few first turns. Poor turning quality and stickers falling off out of the box. Calvin's Puzzles are off of my list.👎

Stickers coming off, pieces popping out, bad turning

Yes, it's a beautiful puzzle, but out of the box I found some stickers starting to peel off (it was mostly the green stickers but after handling the cube, the edges of some of the other stickers started to stick up). With a bit of super glue, this solved the problem. The next issue was the pieces starting to pop out, in addition to the rusty turning. The cube catches a lot when turning, and the smaller edge pieces are very loose and can pop out easily. Even after putting some lube, it isn't much better at all. The cube looks beautiful, I just wish it turned as good as it looks.

I don't think this cube is worth the $30+ CAD I paid for it. Either have people check the cube before shipping for quality control, or lower the price.

This puzzle is complex and beautiful when solved or scrambled. I will first say that this is best explained that if the Mosaic cube is a 3x3 then this puzzle is the 4x4.
I have not spent a lot of time trying to solve this puzzle yet, I have been able to get to a point in the solve to figure that it's as if there are four centers that do not move. This makes it easier to solve in the end.
This isn't a beginners cube but an easy solve for the cuber who knows their way around cubes. I'll say that this puzzle and the Mosaic puzzle are similar to the helicopter cubes and the Redi cube families.
Awesome collection cube too
