The Cube4You 3x3x5 is a fully functional cuboid. It turns smoothly right out of the box, and it has a slightly scratchy feel.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

Needs lube and adjustments. Very dry and stiff. Great for someone with the ability to perfect it and get full use. Sorry I had to return it because of my upper body disabilities.
This puzzle was a blast to solve and I would have given it 5 stars but for a few things. The puzzle came bone dry and tensioned to the point of un-turnable. Loosening the tension and luring the cube is a must for the one I got. This puzzles center slices on top and bottom are slightly larger then the corners which causes catching. I was able to correct this by taking the cube apart and sanding the centers in the same manner I would do auto body work. Start at a 240 grit manually sanding then I stepped up to 600 grit to remove the rough sanding. After that 1000 grit and finally 2000 grit to polish it out. This cube, with proper(and careful) tuning is amazing. I have no popping and smooth turning and would recommend this cube.
This is not for speed solving. After tension adjustment and lubrication its a really nice puzzle.
This does help to lube this puzzle but not necessary.
I've had a lot of fun working through the solve.
The cube looks awesome, solved, patterned or scrambled.
I have the black stickered version because the other versions were not available, hopefully they will become available once again.
Great addition to my collection.
I loved cuboids, and the 3x3x5 is my favorite... just difficult enough to enjoy solving without taking so long that it becomes tedious. However, this cube turns pretty badly... it has to be very tight to keep from popping and even with lube it still catches and locks during solves even when trying to very carefully align slices.
If this cube turned anything like the WitEden 3x3x9 then this cube would get a 10 star review from me, but as it is I'll always be reaching for my Calvin's shape shifting 3x3x5 rather than this puzzle when I want to solve a 3x3x5. Which is really a shame.
I hope someone eventually makes a better version of this puzzle. I'd even consider buying a 3D printed version if it was available and turned good... because I like the 3x3x5 that much.
The 3x3x5 is a great cube for learning cuboids. I like the puzzle itself but the quality isn't the best. This is expected since, if I can recall correctly, the cube design is a bit old. It is good for its price tough. I recommend keeping the cube tight-ish to prevent pieces from sagging on turns. Also lube is highly recommended because the cube is scratchy to turn.
Out of the box, this cube is incredibly fast and smooth. It is not very difficult, and I solved it a mere 20 minutes after opening. It looks amazing and rarely locks up. This cube can also corner-cut fairly well. There is really only one drawback:pops. This cube comes with very loose tensions, and I have encountered several pops during solves. This can be fixed, however, but it looses some speed when tightened. All in all, this cube is a good choice for a first cuboid, and for all experience levels!
