Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

It has great speed and corner cutting, although still very controllable. I set it up with Lubicle 1 and Weight 3, and that seemed to make it even better, although it does occasionally pop
Comes lubed and lockes up sometimes but still great
When the package arrived, I was super excited for what would be my first Megaminx. I'm an intermediate cuber with an average on a 3x3 of around a minute. When the puzzle came, I was excited to open it. On first turns, the puzzle turns well, and also corner-cuts. The shades are pleasing to the eye, and easy to keep track of what goes where. (whats opposite of what color.) I still haven't solved it, but have turned it enough to know it's a great beginners megaminx, is easy to grip, and a challenge to all cubers!
The shades are nice, and the sculptedness helps with grip. Corner twists are definitely possible, although I've never experienced one. It never pops. There was minor spring noise, but it seemed to go away.
Out of the box it was very loose and a little bit dry. I tightened it and put a little bit of lube in it, and now it feels great. Very smooth and crunchy, it sounds kinda loud, quite clicky. It can corner cut at 45 and 3/4ths reverse.
I do occasionally get lock-ups and it's not insanely fast, but for 8 dollars it's a great Megaminx!
First of all, let me just say that it's NOT a bad megaminx. I'm just saying there's way better megaminx's out there. Around this price range, and also sculpted, is the QiYi QiHeng, which is extremely similar to one of the best megaminx's out there right now: The Xman Galaxy sculpted.
There's also the YuXin megaminx, MoFangJiaoShi megaminx, and maybe even the YJ YuHu R.
That's just my opinion though.
This Megaminx is a great option for beginner and intermediate cubers, it has a cheap price, is fast and crunchy, and for me, came at a great tension. It is defiantly a solid budget Megaminx and better than a ShengShou. The only nit-pick I have is the plastic feels more on the cheaper side.
