Cubicle Weight 2 is a classic silicone-based lube that works great on pieces, and other parts of puzzles that need better movement. Weight 2 is the second lightest lube in our silicone lube collection. 

This lube comes with a black stopper and a green dispensing tip.

Note: Although the lube is perfectly safe to touch, please do not ingest it, set it on fire, apply to open wounds, or expose it to extremely high temperatures.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Good, but...

The lubricant made my puzzles feel smooth and fast, but the biggest problem is that it does not come with a dispensing tip. Now, I bought the smallest size, and I'm not sure if the other sizes come with a dispensing tip, but te 5CC does not, making it very easy to overlube if you are a beginner. Other than that, the lube made my puzzle turn great!

Great for smoothing out puzzles!

First off, this is the first silicone based lubricant I've bought specially made from TheCubicle. The only other lube (specially made from TheCubicle) I've tried is DNM-37.

Now, let's get something straight. It's important to not use so much or so little lubricant that it slows down your puzzle or does nothing at all. Adding a good amount does the trick. I cleaned out my DaYan TengYun v2 and it felt super dry and very loud. Once I put a good amount of Weight 2, it felt much more smooth and comfortable to turn. I may have added a bit much, but it's fine, since I can just adjust the tensions on the puzzle anyway. I don't feel like it has made my cube any faster, but that's OK since I think my cube has a good speed for me anyway. I would recommend using Weight 1 to speed up your puzzle, though, if you plan on wanting to make a cube sound quieter and make it faster. Anyway, for 6 dollars for 10cc, I definitely think this will do good for your puzzle.

Small amount on pieces

I apply a small amount on edges (following Cubeologist guide), helps smooth out the cube. I add a couple drops of maru if I want to speed it up a bit further.

Good lube

I LOVE this lube because it will feel like you cube is slower but depending on you turning and you tps then it will speed you up if that makes sense

Not as well-known but still does well

As a lower-viscosity silicone lubricant, this one is faster and lasts for a shorter time than the more popular Weight silicone lubricants, but still has its place. If you're really into the silicone feeling and need something fast, go for this one.
