All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

OOTB the turning is stratchy, catchy and it has a tendency to lockup. But after lubing with DNM-37, tensioing, and breaking in, the turning is very smooth and effortless, to the point of being able to do a U2! The colors are very vibrant which helps with distinguishing different colors (i.e white and tan) Would definitely recommend to a beginner
OOTB the turning is stratchy, it catches, and it has a tendency to lockup. But after setting up it turns way better, it still catches sometimes but it happens less frequently. After lubing with DNM-37, and breaking in, it turns very smoothly, and can cornercut 45 degrees. Would definitely recommend to a beginner!
OOTB it is kind of catchy, the turning is scratchy, and it has a tendency to lockup. After setting up, it is still prone to catching, but it happens less frequently. After lubing with DNM-37 and breaking in, the turning is very smooth. It can also do 36 degree cornercuts with a bit of force. I would recommend to a beginner!
i had bought it thinking it was magnetic it was not but thats my fault but 3 edges where broken and would not turn or they turn very badly so i would like another cube same price like a moyu 3x3 or email me if u refund
This megaminx is a lot better than my last one. It's smooth, pretty fast, and can corner cut very well. It does lock up a little bit but you can still turn it pretty fast. I love the feel of the sculpted plastic. The colors are vibrant and easily distinguishable which is very important for everything in the megaminx family.
This cube was my first megaminx. Out of the box, the cube was tight, scratchy, locky, and not that good, so I set it up. After proper setup, this cube was decent. It would corner cut 45 degrees and could do a U2. Here is how set it up:
-I loosened each screw by 270 degrees
-I lubricated it and broke it in
This is currently my only megaminx, but I do not recommend this if you are serious about megaminx.
Do NOT GET THIS cube! I have a xmen Galaxy lm, so this may be biased. This cube is catchy, scratchy, the logo will just fade right off the center, and it locks a lot
I got this cube for my birthday and was very excited. I didn't know the qualaties of a Megaminx, but was empressed. Later i figured out that it would occasinally lock up. Great for learning the algorithims, but not the best for comps.
First off the colors are very vibrant. Thats one of the things i love about it. The sides turn incredibly smoothly but do have a tendency to lock up as other adjacent faces will turn at the touch of a feather. Not to much of a problem. The only real flaw that i do not like is that the pieces want to seperate from each other. As in the 3 parts that make up a corner will seperate. Fun for solving but probably wouldn't use in a competition.
