All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

DaYan Gem Cube I
At least I've tried this puzzle. OOTB it might've been warped. The pieces FINALLY began to budge. The entire puzzle is so tightly put together that it seemed like it was glued together.
My advice is to take it apart, loosen the screws and lube it as best you can.
I've decided that this looks impressive when scrambled and on display.
This is an interactive piece of art.
Build quality of this puzzle is excellent. It turns well and it doesn't lock up much. And I never had a piece pop on me. This is an edge turning puzzle similar to the helicopter cube, but actually on an octahedron instead. If you understand how a helicopter cube works, you should be able to figure out this one. And like a helicopter, you can jumble swap pieces out of their orbit thus increasing the difficulty of the puzzle.
When picking between the stickered and stickerless versions, the stickered version uses different colors on the squared sides. This forces certain pieces to be placed in those exact spots in order to be solved properly. The stickerless version does not have this, thus each color has 3 pieces that are exactly the same and can be swapped about without any issues. If you want a better challenge, go with the stickered version.
