All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

I got this cube in the green plastic with rubber stickers and it is amazing. Just a couple drops of Lubicle1 and adjusting the magnets to 1 and it was perfect. It is so light and easy to turn and the rubber stickers are a joy to hold. That's the cube that keeps me up at night wanting to do more solves. My CH Tornado will always hold a special place in my heart, but this is the cube that I want to die with. The GAN 11 M Pro is my pretty workbench trophy cube, but it only gets used while I'm waiting for things or thinking. This thing though, I mean, I ordered more so that I could have a spare and give another to a friend. Great cube. Don't ever stop making it. I would cry. Maybe a little. Probably a lot.
I just got the black one and it does not have the same rubbery tiles like the green one does. It's a nice cube on par with the Tengyun v2 but I was really hoping it had the same exact rubbery tiles that the green one has.
This cube is certainly not as bad as everyone says. While I think it doesn't bring much new to the table, that doesn't negate the fact that it is a good cube. This is essentially a lighter, smoother, more controllable tengyun v2. While the feelings are similar, I genuinely don't think they are identical like everyone says. The Zhanchi is much smoother and more enjoyable in my opinion, and shares similarities with the feeling of the Guhong V4. I also like the red magnet and gold logo as well. I understand why people are not super content with this cube, as it does share many similarities to the tengyun v2. However, with some set up, this cube is easily more enjoyable to solve with than the tengyun v2. If you already have a tengyun however, then I would not recommend getting this cube because it doesn't add anything significantly new. But on it's own, I really like it.
Love my Tengyun v2, but this cube is quite disappointing. The adjustment hardware feels like it will break with the force needed to move the parts, and the center screws will not turn at all. Save your money for something else. If there was a zero star rating option, that would be my choice.
In my opinion, the stickers are really nice, but the cube just cant compare to the Tornado V2. Its a fine puzzle, but not much different from the Da Yan Guhong v4, which is a cheaper puzzle.
