All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

JUST DONT BUY IT. You could easilly get a guanlong for around the same price and the guanlong performs 1000000000000000000000000x better than this piece of garbage.
I see a lot of these cubes in my school(the perfect square version) and tried them. Much worse than the original Rubik's cube from the 80's. it has 0 corner cutting and its mechanism resembles the taiyan, which also sucks. Finger tricks are almost impossible on this cube and it always locks up. I also hate the color scheme because it reminds me of the dayan color scheme.0 out of 1.
I got this cube a couple of weeks ago. It turn smoothly but slow. I loosen its tensions to make it better but all it did was make more pops. It also has really bad corner cutting and constantly locks up.
Out of the box its smooth but extremely tight. I just loosened it and it was great, corner cutting isn't the best, but it does roughly 35 degrees. lube doesn't help it improve at all. But overall, its a great cube, i suggest to beginner and intermediate speedcuber's, if pro go for aolong
This cube is the worst pops on every turn and corner cuts 1 degree lube doesn not help
This cube is not what the description says it is... The corner cutting is worse than a rubiks brand. It is kinda disappointing that the only colour is white, but I will make due. This cube is really dry out of the box, but if you have acurate turning, its not the worst cube. Check out my youtube channel :MrNequa
I've owned/tryed some of the older models/versions of the Diansheng 3x3s and I have to agree that this new cube is a big improvement from the older ones. I'm so close to making this my new main. For me the Red and Orange look very similar. Also on last thing about the cube is that the colors/stickers are printed on so they will eventually scratch off. But overall this cube is comparable to the Moyu cubes.
this cube is back up main(I solve 16 seconds). this cube is superior to the Moyu aolong and the weilong. overall a good cube and well worth your money.
Very good for one handed. Just needs some lubice gummy for control.
