Frequently Asked Questions:
Why does the DIY Kit cost more than the Assembled version?
The DIY Kit contains many small and loose parts, so it requires additional labor compared to Assembled cubes, including screening them for missing, incorrect, or broken parts and providing after-sale service. Unfortunately, due to the extra labor and costs associated with maintaining a high level of quality in our DIY Kits, we must charge a little more for the DIY Kits than for the Assembled cubes.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

A VERY nice cube out of the box. I recommend buying some lube with it (if you dont have some already) and a new sticker set, because the stickers are a bit weak. Watch crazy bad cubers' assembly tutorial of the cube in which he also explains how to lube it well. The one downside to this cube is getting the tensions right. Although the cube DOES NOT pop, BUT corners twist occasionally. And thats when the tension tweaking comes in. After you lube it well it becomes a very fast cube and even takes away some of that scratchy sound (That sound goes away eventually though). I am still going to give this cube 5 stars because it is so fast and cool.

I gave my cube away. At first this cube was amazing, but then like on my first solve corner pieces and edge pieces would turn around so that in the solved state it was still wrong because the pieces had been flipped during the solve. This cube is easily poppable. It is kind of a weeny cube. You have to be soft with it and careful and you cannot be aggressive with it like you can a DaYan ZhanChi. This thing would explode or want to explode every solve something would happen either it would pop or a piece would turn around. It just got old, but instead of throwing it away I gave it away to someone I knew who had one of those crappy tight walmart cubes that wont turn and they had never held a speed cube before so they can get an idea how nice it is to have a loose cube, but this cube sucks. Hey I'm just giving my honest opinion. Better to be honest than kiss some cubes butt and mislead people. Buy the DaYan ZhanChi 57mm DIY kit and weight 1 & 3 lube. Weight 3 for core, & 1 for in between pieces.

I got this cube because I watched crazybadcuers review on it and it was amazing! When I was assembling it one corner was badly bent looking, so I took off the cap an found I had put a piece in wrong! (Fail) This cube is light, quiet, and fast. In my opinion it is just as good if not better than a DaYan Zhanchi! It effortlessly cuts 45 degrees and is un-poppable. I have tried to pop it, but it won't! This cube is amazing, It shaved 15 seconds off my time. I recommend this cube to anyone that wants a fast cube!
