Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

This cube has a nice feel, very similar to the gan 356 m, except for smaller. This is really nice for me because i have small hands. Great cube.
I got this back in January 2020. It is now December 14th 2020 and my opinion has not changed about it. Smooth turns and corner cutting. Magnets are amazing. Popped one time. Stickerless shades are beautiful.
Was playing a pass the cube rally at a comp and one of the others had this cube. When it got to me it had a T-Perm on it and was executed so fast and smoothly. I immediately looked at the group and said "who's GAN is this and what model? I MUST have it!"
This cube is really good but there are some problems with the gan 354 m,they are flexibility and wobbly mess,in the description,it is written it is a sm with a smaller size, but it is wrong, the gan sm is more stable and less flexible than the gan 354, also the sm has more nuts that can be used , like green and yellow but this cube has only one but vialable and that is the yellow ges spring, but still some people say that clear springs should be included,I agree with that but some thick lube like gravitas will help
Very stable cube with a nice & smooth feel. Magnets are on the weaker side but are very noticable when slowly turning. Good for those with smaller hands. 100% would recommend.
this cube is great, it has great corner cutting and is very smooth but there is one issue, pops. Out of ten solves this cube probably pops 2 out of tens times.
So, I got this cube in the mail right away. Looked great OOTB, and was extremely buttery and smooth since its first solve. The magnets made the turning perfectly controlled, and the GES nuts (Green) was more than perfect for my preferences. The slightly smaller size didn't, and still hasn't, bothered me at all. I bought this after solving my old Air S for the thousandth time. I have been a fan of GAN for quite a while, and will be for a long time.
I was really liking this cube when I just got it. I’m a little biased because it’s GAN but after a while of using this cube, I started experiencing frequent lock ups and blows to my times. I was really hoping I wouldn’t have to make a bad review but here I am. Good for one handed solves I guess, also my fingers get stuck between pieces when turning also, but that may just be the tensions.
Picked this cube up at a competition since I never had a gan cube before. I honestly did not (and still don't like) the 356X but this cube is just better for me in a lot of ways. This cube has a similar feel to the 356X but a little bit of crispy and papery added in, and I love it. Currently, it's my OH main and tied for my 3x3 main with a Valk M and a GTS3 M. If you want an OH cube or just a cube that has a fantastic feel and performance, pick this one up! (Set up with yellow GES and a little bit of compound X. The best way to ruin this cube is to drown it in Traxxas or silicone lube.)
When I first got this cube, I had a lot of trouble adjusting to the size. It took me a couple of days, but I adjusted and love it now. I have found that my optimal setup is 1 drop of silk on the feet and on the pieces, 2-4 pieces of lubicle speedy on the pieces, and dnm-37 if necessary. I use the green GES. My cube now corner cuts past 45 degrees forwards, and near 45 reverse. It is extremely fluid and controllable. I would highly recommend this cube to people who have small hands or prefer small cubes. The Gan 354 M is an amazing cube.
I got this cube for Christmas and it was the best cube ever. It was a little loose out of the box so I tightened it and lubed it and it was the best thing in the world. Than I had an accident about 4 months of use and I dropped it while doing an N perm. CURSE YOU N PERMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the cube scratched rather easily. I was surprised because of how amazing Gan is. It got scratched on the orange-yellow-green corner. I can ignore it but it is quite annoying. In the end, the cube is still one of my mains. I say mains because I am a type of cuber who bounces around with my mains but still an awesome cube. 9 out of 10 for Gan. Keep up the good work Gan.
