All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This Cube has been my main since it came out, I have been constantly improving with it. I am sadly parting ways with it and I am getting the XS but this cube is just absolutely amazing.
I was looking for a 3x3 main speedcube in 2018, I was going to buy the YAN3, which is now discontinued. Then this cube was released. A friend I meet at the tournament suggested it. The tension springs are very cool and useful. I first used the yellow ones but now I am used to the purple ones. Without lube this cube isn't that fast but the magnets are very good. I would recommend DNM 37 or Angstrom dignitas for it. It has been my main since it was released, and I give it a 10/10...
This cube was awesome right out of the box. Although when I started speed solving on it the cubes pieces popped out. Although, my main went from 48 seconds to 35 seconds. I recently set a new average of 24 seconds! This cube has been my main for about a month and I have loved it! Although it is annoying to have the pieces pop out at random times. The way I set this cube up was with DNM-37 and Silk and put it to a medium tightness. This setup gives it a great feel that I really enjoy! I recommend this cube to any one that enjoys Gan puzzles.
This puzzle has been my main ever since it came out in 2018. With magnets that are not to weak, and not to strong, the GAN 356 Air SM has just the right combo of stability, smoothness, and speed. I lubricated this with weight 2 and I just love it!
Sadly it's discontinued but the 2019 version came out which basically means you can still get it. You can switch out the springs for tighter or looser ones, which makes it customizable enough that it can fit everyone's needs
5/5 stars, this puzzle is still my main.
So I bought this cube as my first gan and I was very impressed at first. Then it lust became way too slow for me and I could never bring it back to the same speed. As for the feeling it is fantastic and I would recommend this cube if you like gan cubes.
Looks neon and amazing, first of all; it's a very beautiful design visually. I was not sure of the colors when I first got it but after a few turns I was hooked and found it easier on my micro focused eagle eyes than the standard colors I have used.
The cube is VERY lightweight. If I hold it in my massively muscular hands, I can barely tell it's there.
All 6 sides rotate really well with no friction, and a quick flick of my speedy muscular finger is enough to send a side into a full 90 degree rotation before stopping on its own from the strong magnets. It moves well enough that it doesn't push back against movements.
The sound it makes as you rotate each side is kinda nice. It's a bit more quiet than other cubes I've had. It sounds like a tiny, hollow, plastic "swish", and occasionally there's a quiet sound of a tiny metal spring adjusting itself inside; it's kind of a satisfying sound.
All in all, this is an excellent cube at an excellent price for what it does for you. I look forward to many many years with GAN. They are awesomesause.
This is a great cube all in all! It is very stable, because of the perfectly strengthened magnets, and the ges nuts give just the right amount of stability. My only complaint is that is isnt very fast. I mean, it’s definitely fast, but not as fast as I would like it to be. Maybe it’s just me.
This is one of the best cubes you can buy. With 7 sets of springs this beast of a cube is definitely worth 50$.
The corner cutting is fantastic and the magnets are strong (which is, in my opinion) the best. The cube itself is a bit big for me and this cube EATS MY LUBE! Wash this cube up and take good care of this badboy and you'll be fine in comps. Since the price has dropped a bit... it is definitely worth it if you have the budget.
The Gans Air Sm is the best cube out there in my opinion as of right now. The Air not only is smooth and has beautiful corner cutting but has amazing fluidity and overall a generally nice feeling. In my opinion the cube is good as is the GES system but is it worth that amount of money. My answer is yes but only if you are not a beginner. If you are a beginner then I recommend other cubes which are cheaper. In conclusion this is an amazing cube that you should buy if you have the budget and if you are not a beginner.
