Product Description

The Gans 356S V2 is the latest version of the highly successful Gans 356. It features the new center caps that come with the Gans 356S, as well as an improved groove track design on both the edges and corners. The shallower grooves make the cube more stable and controllable.

It also comes with a plastic tool for adjusting tensions, as well as a folded instruction pamphlet with tips on how to adjust the Gans 356S V2.

Standard Version: This is the standard version of the Gans 356S V2. The standard version features the normal Gans colors and an extra set of factory stickers and logo. The difference between the standard and advanced version is that the advanced version comes with the Gans half-bright sticker set pre-applied to the cube.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Absolutely Amazing!

This is a very fast cube! Its corner cutting is amazing and does not pop or catch. I hold my PB (as of 1/27/18) and is also the cube I learned to solve on. I would 100% recommend!

Great cube

The Gan 356 S is a great cube out of the box, and once lined and set up with the right tensions, it is my main. If this is the only high end cube you can afford, like me, it will be an instant main. If you magnetize this cube, it is easily one of the best on the market. It has a smooth and buttery feel, and I'm exited to use it in my next competition!

7.5/10 Good Cube for beginners!

I am just starting out in cubing with a 40 second average of 12 PB, but this was my first speedcube, and I loved it. When I first got it I was used to Rubik's brand so obviously this felt very fast and smooth for me, but as I got used to it it was great! After cubing for a little while I've settled on the thunderclap v2 as my main, but this is a perfect starter cube to get with it's spring sets to see what would appeal to you as a cuber! If you are new, buy it!

I got this cube at Nationals 2016 and it was amazing even before I broke it in. It's very smooth and fast. The stickers aren't very high quality though. It has really good corner cutting and after doing about 200 solves it's just gotten better and better. Overall I love this cube and I recommend it. I have also broken my pb by 5 seconds.

Floppy but good

This cube's mech has a lot of open space, so it flops around when you solve. Some people will really like that since the floppiness makes this cube feel a lot softer than other cubes, while others won't. I personally do not like how floppy this cube is. If you're looking for a flexible and floppy 3x3, this is for you. Otherwise, I'd go with the Thunderclap.

Worth the price

I ordered this cube a couple weeks ago, and I was astonished by it. Out of the box, this cube comes well lubricated and makes the cube very silent and smooth. This cube has the best corner-cutting of any cube on the market; the only cube that has corner-cutting as good as this one is the YueXiao. The speed of this cube is great, has practically no lock-ups, etc. The only things I dislike about this cube are the price and the instability. Obviously this is the most expensive 3x3 on the market, and due to the use of the octopus core in this puzzle, it allows the cube to deform a lot. This affects my grip a little bit, but does not affect lock-ups that much since this cube has great corner-cutting. However, I am still able to hold on to the puzzle without dropping it whenever the puzzle deforms. I recommend this puzzle to anyone who likes to customize their puzzles and to anyone who has the money for this. You will never need a replacement core or new screws since this puzzle uses nuts, and if you purchase the master edition, you receive weights that allow you to create a feeling perfect for you. This cube is worth the price.

Amazing!!!!! Definitely worth the price!!!!!

Out of the box the cube had a strange feeling it felt gummy but it didn't feel lubed.But after doing about 100 solves and lubing it with traxas 50k and also loosening it got amazing it brought my solves down about 5 seconds and of course is my new main.
