Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

First it very hard to take the cube apart. I ordered the exact cube it’s made for. So I can do it as a project. the cube has the smallest screws I have ever seen that holds the core together. Which I took the core apart and then the T part doesn’t fit down the hole of the Maru core. I tried everything. Now I can’t even get the cube put back together. Just but the tornado that has the magnetic core. I wasted a whole night, money and a cube.

Thanks for your review, and I am sorry to hear that this kit didn't work for you. We can offer you a Tornado V3 Flagship upgrade kit (it will not give you a magnetic core because of the lack of corner magnets, but it will make the cube functional again) and store credit for the value of the Maru core kit that didn't work.
