Maru Cushion Lube
The Maru Cushion Lube is a new silicone-based lubricant from Maru that is specially designed for lubricating the pieces on a cube. The lower viscosity of this lubricant allows it to coat the pieces and reduce the turning resistance. It is currently available in a 10mL vial.

Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I am a Taiwanese cuber, and I ava 11 sec. This lube isn't used to speed up puzzles, the Chinese it said are to put resistant between pieces to slow down a puzzle. Not making the cube faster, and also the viscosity is high, not low. I should ask the cubicle to pay attention to the website of maru to check, so it won't be different from the buyer's experience. Btw, if you want me to translate some Chinese into English I would be delighted to help you guys at cubicle out. I really love Cubicle and I also want to make it better as possible as I can.
I really like gummy, buttery, soft, quiet, and smooth cubes. I put 2 drops in a ruined new plastic Dayan 2x2 that my friend dropped in sand. I cleaned it a while ago, and wanted to see how bad I could make it. From the reviews, I thought it was going to ruin the cube even more. After receiving it from a friend as a joke, (which he claimed was a terrible lube) I put 2 drops, and it is now all those things I love in a cube. I've never found a cube that would make a new plastic Dayan feel like an old plastic. Seriously this has to be one of the best lubes that emulates the feel of all those feelings in a cube combined. The only reason I wouldn't give this a perfect 10/10 5 stars is because it does slow down quite a bit, and it hasn't shown good responses mixing it w/ other lubes and 3x3s. But since I really just focus on 2x2, this is perfect for me. Great lube for people that like gummy, buttery, soft, quiet, and smooth cubes, even at its steep price. If you enjoy scratchy, bumpy, or anything that contradicts the feelings stated above,(such as not enjoying the feeling of gummy, buttery, soft, quiet, and smooth cubes) this lube is not for you. To sum it all up, if you enjoy smooth and slow/controllable cubes, this is perfect fort you.
This lube makes your cube so gummy, too slow.
This lube is amazing! Its thicker then regular maru lube, so you shouldnt put more then 1 or 2 droplets in your cube. I now lube everything with this, and with the added thickness it never runns out.
A complete waste of money, i do not recommend. I bought thinking it was superior to the regular maru lube. I put like one drop of it in my yuxin 3x3, and it ruin the blue side completely. No matter what i do to it, it won't make the blue turn fast again. I cleaned the springs, the pieces, the center piece, and other hardware stuff, but the blue side of the yuxin is still as slow as ever. I don't recommend, unless you want to waste a few dollars that could be used to buy other stuff like, i don't know, the weilong gts or the qiyi cavs.
I was very excited about this lube when I got it. My regular Maru lube ran out so I bought this lube thinking it would be much better. It says that it reduces turning resistance but my Guo Guan YueXiao turned really sluggish and my cube was instantly ruined. Not only this lube is bad it is also very hard to get out. You a better off buying Lubicle Speedy or regular Maru lube for the pieces.
