All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

okay so i was sooooooo okay not that much but pretty exided for this and when i opened it i loved it 5 star then i got some more puzzles from the cubicle and started to forget about it then i saw it there on the shelf so i thought it would not hurt to play a little with it but it was so dry and then then i kinda forgot about it again and then played with it again and just no so 3 star 5 if it did not get dry
This cube is really quite disappointing. It turned badly right out of the box, lock-ups are extremely common, and though it does have magnets (And is quite clicky,) it is not nearly as good as I thought it would be. And, by the way... Why the hole? It makes it look a bit cooler, but it probably changes the mechanism. It is fun to play with, but it's not fully worth it.
Puzzle turns very well.
Solving the extra colors can require some planning ahead.
Overall a fun puzzle.
I got this "cube" a couple of moths ago. Right out of the box, it wasn't bad. Good turning, corner cutting kind of works, and lock ups are non-existent. Then I decide to lube it with Lubicle silk. It turns so fast now, I can't keep up with it, and the bearings barely hold it in. I was able to get a 2.34 second solve because of it. There is only one extra algorithm required, so it's very fun to mess around with. I would recommend this cube to any Skewb fan, especially ones who have silk available.
Solves the exact same as a skewb lol. This puzzle are the only thing that make it different. Oh well, when you solve fast people get surprised but the extra colors don't do anything.
