Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This thing turns Great right out of the box! It's a complex yet simple design! Highly recommend this one!!!
I've wanted this puzzle for a long time. It turned pretty rough OOTB, but I have stickered and set the puzzle up. It works a lot better now. I look forward to solving.
Out of the box movement is excellent enough that I have not felt the need to apply any lube. I have yet to encounter any catching or popping. It doesn't seem to jumble or want to jumble however I really haven't tried to find jumbling moves. The stickers seem high quality enough to withstand regular use pending the user is not forceful or strong handed with the puzzle.
There are many ways to approach this cube and many ways to move the different pieces around. It is here I have to agree with Mr. SuperAntonioVivaldi in recommending that you, the owner of this puzzle, take the time on your own to find/create the move sets you feel are needed to move pieces around. I spend nearly a week just with studying and moving the puzzle around to try and find new ways and I was constantly amazed at how I was able to find new ways to achieve different results.
If you are up for a challenge here is one right in this 20 sided wonder. I can say that it was worth every penny and more.
I bought this with my prize money from winning thecubicle.us' essay contest. I have to say, I was a bit hesitant about spending it all on one puzzle, but after having it for about a month, I have concluded that this is without a doubt worth every penny.
The turning is phenomenal out of the box/case, its incredibly stable and easy to turn. I spent about an hour stickering it, 10 minutes scrambling it, and am currently about halfway through the solve. If you're going to get this puzzle, I'd recommend trying to solve it yourself, without a tutorial. This thing is considered the hardest-to-solve mass produced twisty puzzle for a reason, and figuring out algorithms is the best part!
If you want a fun, difficult puzzle of high quality, this it it.
