Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

Love this.

This puzzle made me love big cubes.

It is okay

It is a good cube for beginners, however I would not recommend this for normal cubers because it doesn't corner cut and it's locks up sometimes.

Pretty Decent 5x5

After some set up and lubing, this cube turns pretty well! However, I do get a lot of locks and the occasional pop that keep me from turning too fast. Great for getting started, not so great for high level competitive speedcubing.

Half Review, Half Advice

This cube is really smooth and fast but locks up a TON, and you can reduce these lockups by keeping the tensions really tight so it doesn't pop every time you try to do more than a third of a piece reverse corner cutting. It doesn't pop often, but if it does, it's really tough to get the piece back in. I don't recommend this cube at all, and is has literally nothing in common with the 4x4 except its light weight and its name. Also keep the tensions so that the gap between the center and middle edge is less than 1/2 mm or you will get bad lockups. Just get the Qiyi Qizheng instead, it's twice as good for one extra dollar. If you really want a decent cube, look at the YLM 5x5 Magnetic, it's my main over this by a mile.

It’s okay

I don’t feel like writing a full review, so I’ll keep this short. This 5x5 is pretty bad. The turning is really fast and smooth, but that’s not the problem. The problem is that the cube is so flimsy it always locks up. During a solve, you’ll get at least 5 lockups, if not more.
