Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This cube is incredible. At 35$, I don't regret buying it for a second. Solving it is fun, and it's honestly just a flex to even own it. That being said, this is not the best quality. I enjoy that it looks like the other mfjs cubes, but it has a completely different feel. It pops occasionally (Maybe one in five solves includes a center piece pop) but isn't too much of an issue if you're careful. Overall, good to buy, don't expect to speed solve it.
Does lock up a bit but very small and good for beginners. It has popped a few times. Would recommend
This is a good budget cube but is SMALL and it came pretty greasy. But that was fixed easily and was a little bit tight. But now that I’ve hade it for a few days it has turned into a good cube
The MF9 is a awesome cube that is a great 9 by 9 for all. The turning is amazing and it is only $35 which makes it pretty affordable. it dosent pop as long as you don't corner cut to much which dosen't happen for me much. I only had a few lock ups and they did not take long to fix. Overall, I would recomend this to anyone.
The price is amazing for how good the cube is. The corner cutting is very reasonable. The cube is quite small, the layers turn very smoothly and the layers all turn at roughly the same speed. It's a blast to mess around and doesnt have any popping issues.
I ordered the white mf9. This may be one of the cheapest 9x9 out there but it definitely comes with draw back. Big ones. As soon as i took the cube out of the plastic it fell into pieces because an internal piece was broken. Also all the pieces were covered in lube or wd 40, i honestly cant tell the difference. Anyway this was just a waste of time and my money, cause now i have to wait just for them to send another cube thats not broken
It may be one of the cheapest 9x9's out there, but that comes with a heffty price. Yhe white 9x9 that i received was broken internally and fell into pieces as soon as it was removed from the plastic. Also it was covered and i mean covered in lube or wd, 40 im honestly not sure. Either way this was huge dissapointment and a waste of my time and my money
This has quickly become my favorite cube. Alignment & feel is so nice and smooth. My other much larger 9x9 is basically going in the trash at this point, because half the battle with solving anything above 6x6 is simply aligning everything correctly. The size of this cube completely gets rid of that problem and makes it fun to solve as an actual cube again.
I don't speedsolve, and have only had a piece "try" to pop out once.
I also had no issues with lube out of the box. Very nice cube from day 1.
Great cube especially for the price! Very satisfied:)
It is sluggish. That's my only complaint. While it is speed solvable, I only suggest this cube to beginners or people who want a 9x9 who aren't interested in speed solving. It has really nice shades. It is smooth. I have not had a piece pop out completely, but I have had pieces 'try' to, if that makes sense lol. It's a budget 9x9. I expected much less than what I received. I totally recommend it.
