Frequently Asked Questions:
Why does the DIY Kit cost more than the Assembled version?
The DIY Kit contains many small and loose parts, so it requires additional labor compared to Assembled cubes, including screening them for missing, incorrect, or broken parts and providing after-sale service. Unfortunately, due to the extra labor and costs associated with maintaining a high level of quality in our DIY Kits, we must charge a little more for the DIY Kits than for the Assembled cubes.

Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

Everyone makes such a fuss over diy kits. This was my first diy kit. I have tried many zhanchis and they all can go loose. This one can't go loose at all because the core won't hold in the center pieces. I got the 50mm for oh, but my 57mm aolong works better for oh, because it doesn't have the problem with centers popping out. However, I will try to lube the core and see if I can get the tight cube to turn well. I am never buying diy again. Only unstickered or assembled.
This is a fantastic cube. It turns smoothly, and it's noticeably lighter than the normal 57mm, which makes a huge difference.
As an exclusively OH cuber, I got this cube hoping that it would enable me to start turning with the Japanese Style (index flick for U). Now I can! Yay. And compared to my Mini Alpha, the ZhanChi, naturally, is much better.
I thought that it would be the perfect size for me, as I have fairly short fingers, but it turns out that 50mm is just a bit too small. My thumb actually gets sore because the cube takes a closer tension between the thumb and middle finger to hold still. Maybe I should go get a 55mm now...
I own both the 55mm white and the Stickerless 42mm and both are amazing products. I have even gotten a couple 14 second singles on the 42mm witch is amazing considering the size. The 55mm is exactly the correct size for 3x3 OH even though its only 2mm smaller it makes all the difference in the world. My official OH average dropped 5 full seconds after using the 55mm for only a couple hours! If your looking for a good OH cube get the 55mm or 50mm depending on the size of your hands. and Get the 42mm if you have TINY hands or just want a good cube to throw in your pocket without the normal annoying bulky pocket feel!
Ok this is a great cube! I got the 50mm and it might be just a little small for my big hands but its still very nice (I average 27ish two handed and I had a good 19.57 solve first timed sovle with this cube!) Although There is one problem I dont know if it was just my cube or what but the screws were way to big to fit into the core I had to make the holes bigger with another screw. This was my first ever DIY also so yea. Anyways it cuts corner at 45 degrees and reverse cuts like half a cubie (just like a normal zhanchi) Anyways I recommend this cube to anyone looking for another OH cube! Happy cubing!
