Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

Over the last year or so I’ve owned 5 magnetic versions of these (2 black, 3 Stickerless). If you’ve got the time and money to magnetize this, then do it. I recieved a custom Boron one from a friend at a recent comp, and so far it’s the smoothest thing ever. Long story short......just get this and some magnets and you’ll never need to buy another 3x3 ever again !!
I got this in July. OOTB it was really fast, unstable and floppy. The next day I magnetized it with strong (N50 5×1) magnets and lubed it with Lubicle 1 on the pieces and Traxxas 50k on the core, tracks and pieces, and I left the tensions as they were. The cube became the exact opposite of its OOTB feeling: very stable, a bit slow, but, most importantly, very very very soft and quiet.
It's now my OH main and two handed backup main because it's simply so controllable.
In the end, I reccomend this cube to anyone looking for a budget, yet fenomenal cube that has a soft and blocky feeling. For the price of only $8+$8 for the magnets, you really can't go wrong.
The MF3RS2 is an OK cube out of the box its does not corner cut at 45 degrees and it is way too unstable
and too fast. If you are a beginner cuber you probably do not know how to setup but it is slightly better after setup but not as goof as the YUXIN LITTLE MAGIC. It is the best cube out of the box without any setup, it is fast and controllable but a downside is the sticker quality which can be easily solved by buying the sticker less one.
I normally like moyu puzzles because they really help me get good times. While this cube is no exception, the mix of smooth and crunchy turning with really smooth but not to great corner cutting just makes me not like this cube. I normally prefer a cube with either a really buttery smooth feel or an extremely crunchy cube that gives me confidence in my turns, and has more snappy corner cutting. This cube was a bad mix of both for me and has bad corner cutting. On the brighter side though, I got my first sub 15 average on this cube and I don't think it's a coincidence. This cube is overall really great. Just not for me.
My friend bought this cube for me (which also happened to be my first cube) when I just started cubing. When I got it, it felt pretty good. But using it a lot, the insides got dustier, and it was harder to move. I asked my friend to lube it a couple of times, but it still was a little stiff. When this happened, the sound it made when it was turning wasn't the best. It sounded as if the insides were hitting each other . Overall, this cube had a good price, but the quality wasn't as great.
THIS SUCKS!!! EVEN though it’s a GREAT budget cube I Haaaaaaaatttteeeee it! Buy a gan 356
Out of the box the cube is smooth. The corner cutting is incredible (reverse is about 45 and normal is passed that). I would definitely recommend this cube.
I had gotten a Stickerless one of these and magnetized it. Have had this for a few months now and have used it in a few comps, achieving a 14.62 PB average. Recently I bought 2 black cubes, a lite and strong magnet kit, and the angstrom lube bundle. After hours of magnetizing and setting it up similar to and angstrom cube, it’s gotten even better than my stickerless one. I plan on using the one with strong magnets for 2 handed, and the lite magnet one for OH.
This cube is extremely good out of the box and requires a very little setup. It is great for beginner speedcubers or anyone who doesn't have a lot of money. However, after about 300 solves the cube slowed down tremendously but this may be caused by the lube drying out and needing to be replaced. I have an in-depth look at it on my youtube channel here: https://youtu.be/3Jh8J6NoYsI
I got this cube in stickerless and I think the shades are perfect.
When I unboxed it, the cube was a little too tight, and the corner-cutting was around 45 degrees with some effort.
To set it up, I put Traxxas 50k in the core and pieces, worked it in, and then added 2-3 drops of DNM-37 in it afterwards.
Now, it is super smooth, controllable, and can corner-cut much past 45 degrees with ease. It is my main, and currently I am sub-18, so that's saying a lot, especially because of its cheap price of $7.99.
TL;DR: The MF3RS2 is a great budget cube that is smooth, controllable, and has great corner-cutting. I definitely agree with the color scheme and recommend it to any cuber ranging from beginner to expert.
