The MoHuan ShouSu ChuWen 2x2 is the latest cube from MoHuan ShouSu, designed by former 4x4 WR holder Zhang HaiXu. The puzzle utilizes an edge-corner positioning system to reduce lockups and features shorter center pieces for improved corner-cutting.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Yes this cube is a few years old, but it is an awesome 2x2 to this day. I am one who likes to experiment with both magnetic and non magnetic cubes, and yes, magnetic 2x2s like the weipo and tengyun are nice, but for how old this one is, and being non magnetic, it has truly stood the test of time.
After proper set up, this cube will suit any intermediate and advanced cuber. I Use Ortega and this cube really suits me, over many types of magnetic cubes. I would really enjoy a reboot to this cube, and maybe a premium version if it even is possible, but if they can figure out a way to magnetize and mass produce a version 2 of this cube, it would rock the 2x2 cubing world. I’m conclusion, this cube has endless possibilities, and I myself have grown, and reached sub 4 with this cube and I would recommend this cube to any person willing to spend the $10 (which is a steal)
This cube is great, it turns effortlessly and has a scratchy, bumpy feel. Something that happened to mine was that the corner stock broke slightly at the tip, causing the corner to pop a lot during solves. Nothing superglue couldn't fix though, it's now fixed. Great cube
since its the only good 2x2 i have, i can't complain. its pretty smooth and fast, and i like it a lot. one problem though: while setting up the thing, i must've gotten some lube on the corner stalks or something, because the corner caps keep popping off. i actually had to glue them on because they would come off so easily. so thats a major drawback, but i'd still reccommend it if that's something you can live with
This cube sucks it broke off the corner stem on the second day i had it.
Out of the box this cube was really loose and it popped a lot. After the corners kept twisting, I tightened it almost to the max. Also, the corner piece came off the stem. I had to super glue it back on. Other than that it is pretty smooth and decent corner cutting.
Pros: Smooth, good sticker shades, and decent corner cutting.
Cons: Lots of catches, pops out of the box, and needs lots of setup.
It got this cube for chrismas, but scince my weipo had an internal break, I figured I'd try this. The Chuwen is a decent cube, but when I got it I it was very loose and would frequently pop. I tried tightening it and I found that on all the sides the screws were stuck and you had to start by making it a half turn looser before tightening it more. It is good now, but the actual corners come off of the stem and after another 30 solves or so, the corners statred popping off every 4 solves or so. I'm wating for my replacement weipo part to come to practice 2x2. It is not a good 2x2 and The moyu 2x2's are a much better option for the same price.
I bought this cube as an upgrade to my previous 2x2. The corner cutting is amazing on this cube and the same can be said with normal turning as well. I would definitely reccomend you buy this cube.
my main 2x2 before this was the mf2c also a good cube when i got this i was very excited out of the box it was suprisingly gummy and felt like a premium cube like a labs xinghen m it felt like very gummy and slow i took it apart and put in some dnm37 after puting it back together it was amazing after about 1000 solves extremely fast but controlable has a crunchy and buttery smooth feeling overall i love this cube and recommend it to and cuber slow or fast amazing cube
This cube is way better than the mf2s,its really controllable but fast,it is very bumpy but I dont mind that. The one flaw is that this cube can pop wait not pop I mean explode.Im class when I was using this it exploded. It does have good corner cutting,it corner cuts basically anywhere but still it does explode.
Sturdy, smooth, excellent corner cutting. nuff said
