Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop".
This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces.
This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts
which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by
corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I have the older Gan 12 UI and it's been great, but I prefer the overall feel of my original Super Weilong and WRM-V9. So when I saw that they were releasing an AI version of the Super Weilong V2, I knew I wanted it. I received the cube yesterday and I love it! It was super fast out of the box (even for me - and I like fast cubes), so I increased the tension a bit and now it's perfect. The app, so far, is great, too. Very similar to Gan's app, but I like the UI of the Moyu WCU app a bit better. It was incredibly easy to connect the cube, too, which is a bonus. Huge shoutout to the people at The Cubicle for the incredibly fast shipping!! I ordered late Monday night and the cube was delivered Wednesday afternoon. That was unexpected, but much appreciated!
its i fast cube the "smart" thing in the cube works BUT the cube has a space between 2 pieces when you move the cube 1 time it starts to light up until you connect it to an app and the charger that came with doesn't EVEN CHARGE AND THIS FOR AN 145$ cube i had more problems with the cube more then what i liked the cube. just save yourself some money and DONT BUY THE AI version beacuse its NOT WORTH IT.
The cube is great but it depends on how much you'll use the cube and make matter with that money's worth.
