Product Description
The WeiLong AI is a new smart cube from MoYu. The mechanism is based on the WR M 2020, so its performance is not compromised like all previous smart cubes. This puzzle also features a gyroscope to track rotations.
Please note: The charging case had a switch on the bottom with a “D” side and a “C” side. The “D” side is only intended to be used if the cube will not charge otherwise. Using this setting in any other situation can permanently damage the battery. For information about how to use the “D” side, please refer to the pamphlet included with the cube.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Won't connect to any device I've tried. There's no way to tell if the cube is actually on and is responding to your inputs. The MonsterGo cube at least has an indicator telling you that you woke it up when you do a U U'. That's it, just something to say, "I'm alive and well!" every once in a while would be fantastic. So, I have no idea what to try to troubleshoot because I have no idea if the source is even working. At this point, it's just a heavy weilong. Not a fun time watching the stupid app keep asking if I want to see the help section when I've already done and double-checked and triple-checked all of its tips. Let me know if the dang cube is even on! But, you know me, I ain't one to complain, so I will say that it turns very well and came with a little screwdriver.
This cube is the best smart cube I have tried. I've tried the giiker cube and the Rubik's connected before this one. I have not tried any of the gan releases. What sets this cube apart from the rest of the releases is that it has a great performing feel when set up. Out if the box it is uncontrollable and fast and with lube it makes it decent. The main positive is that it has the most corner cutting out of the other ai cubes. However I don't feel it has enough for my tastes and the addition of weaker magnets leaves much to be desired. Despite these short comings it does have a dual adjustment system but it's constrained nature really doesn't let much deviation happen in customization for reasonable settings. The app it is paired with is buggy with solo solves and practice tools being it's main high light. When it comes to versus mode to challenge other people it frequently gives a two move scramble. Another caveat is that the solo function will not give you reconstructions on your solves. Given time I'm sure the all will be polished. At the moment it is best solved with the cubeast app for reliability . For these reasons I have to give it four stars. Recognizing it is the best smart cube but has a few flaws. If Moyu implemented the edge magnet system from the wrm 2021 and made it 56mm to account for extra screw strength it would have been flawless other than the app. The screw tension really can't be twisted down any further than the top or it will be too tight and lock up easily.

Fastest AI 3x3x3 Yet! Good Job Everyone!
I bought the Moyu after my Gan I2 battery literally burned out after 2 years of heavy use. The cube itself is the best Bluetooth cube I have ever used. But it's app is the work. I ended up buying an I3.
Out of the box cube was a little tight. Magnets are on the weak side. After tensioning, lubing and adding additional magnets cube performed much better. Also cube has a frosted finish that is very slippery at first but will get better after solving a bunch.
Instructions in the box for the charger are a little vague. Recommend getting the app and then reading the instructions there about connecting the cube. Video included give better instructions for charging. You could just search "MoYu Ai Charger" as well.
App seems to be in eternal alpha phase. Free mode for just doing solves does work well. Reconstruction kind of works but the cube playback seems glitchy. Some parts of the app are not available yet. Tested the cube on Cubeast and the cube worked without any problems. Did not work with CsTimer bluetooth function.
Bluetooth connection is very good. Very rarely loses connection and lag is very minimal.
Battery life is fairly short. Cube seems to takes a while to enter sleep mode. Where Gan i3 will disconnect after 5 minutes or so of inactivity, Moyu seems to stay on till you disconnect the cube yourself. Tried changing the Sleep timer in the app but didnt seem to make a difference. So its not good for really long cubing sessions.
The cube itself is amazing. It is 10 levels above GAN’s smart cube. GAN made a computer and built a cube around it, where as Moyu took already amazing cube and managed to squeeze a computer inside its core without changing any of the other parts, so the cube turns amazing. It turns literally the same as Moyu Weilong WR M 2021. That’s amazing.
However, the app is still terrible. I have 2 cubes, and for both of them for a good portion of solves the app can’t follow the turns, so at the end of the solve it still appears scrambled in the app and the solve does not count. GAN has similar issues, but their app is much more stable even though it’s also quite bad. Can’t wait for Moyu to update the app.
MoYu WeiLong AI 3x3
The cube itself is good. It is the best cube among all the smart cubes, even better than Gan. This problem is the smart side of it. It worked fine for a while but the battery would not last for more than 30 minutes and then, suddenly, it stopped working. I couldn't connect it to any device. I don't even know if it is on or off. The charging process is bad, not straightforward. Moyu should really work on it !
