Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

VERY GOOD YOU SHOULD BUY
This is currently my first and only megaminx. It turns nicely, but I don't think it is tensionable, which stinks. Good for a first megaminx, but I would recommend the QiYi QiHeng S Megaminx (Sculpted) for the same price when they are both not on clearance. It slips easily, but that has to do with the fact that it is a megaminx. If you want to get into megaminx, but are on a tight budget, get this if you want a stickered megaminx.
P.S. It corner twists. No fixing that.
This puzzle is actually fun to solve, despite the lock-ups. It is great for getting started with Megaminx, but it is hard to hold. The shape of the puzzle makes your fingers slip off occasionally. If you can, get the sculpted plastic version of this puzzle (same price at the time of this writing) which will give you more grip, although if you don't like the look of that puzzle this one is ok too
It's ok. Not the best. Turning is nice and quiet and corner-cutting is nice. Just very locky and sluggish.
Locks up a bit but it's really smooth and quiet. Recommended for begginers. Love the color scheme! :)
This was my first ever megaminx. It's very good for people who want a challenge, becuase that's what they are. My ONE complaint is it locks up sometimes, and has very or even NO corner cutting. I got it off AMAZON(LOL SORRY.)
Out of the box it's horrible it locks up and takes a bit of force to move it but once you break it in tension it and lube it ,it becomes a pretty decent megaminx.
It is very smooth, but the one thing is that it has barely any grip, so it can fall out of your hands.
This cube is very good out of the box. Mine is a little stiff and could use some lube and looser tensions, but its really good for a budget cube. However, I strongly recommend you get the concave version because its basically a budget version of the concave galaxy megaminx, (which is considered to be one of the, if not the best megaminx on the market.) Unless that versions lack of stickers really annoys you, then get the concave version.
I love this puzzle; truly a fun and pleasant solve. I've lubed with cubicle #2 and 4, and backed off each screw by a quarter turn or so. It's not rocket fast or anything, for that, I'd get a sculpted one or something you can grip better. Stickers are good quality, though I had one that was bent on arrival and would not stick back. It was on the gray face, though, which I always end with, so I just peeled all the grays off for a black stickerless face and it's still nice. Box got crushed in shipping, and I'm unable to find a cube case big enough. Would really like to see a plastic case made for these. 80mm at it's widest point.
