The ShengShou Aurora Pyraminx is a high-quality pyraminx produced by popular big cube puzzle manufacturer ShengShou. With Florian-style holes and torpedoes on the edges, the Aurora Pyraminx is a major improvement to ShengShou's original pyraminx design.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

Horrible sticker quality turning is bad why not make a magnetic pyraminx shengshou No more ball bearings
I think this cube has a lot of potential, it was OK right out of the box, but once I lubed it it was amazing! I do think the clicking takes a lot of time to get used to but after that it's a great speed cube for beginner cubers.
Color scheme amazing, clicks on turns which helps a lot. It does not make the turning harder but helps stability. Stickers are very high quality, its my main pyraminx ever since i bought it
I think that this cube has a great build and a nice 'click' turn sound. I have dropped this cube while taking my dog for a walk, and that makes most unstable cubes fall apart, and it didn't fall all over the place. It's so stable, it took me about 30 minutes to deliberately take it apart and then put it back together again. It usually takes me 30-50 seconds to solve on average. Great cube!
I really enjoy this cube its so smooth and it has a subtle but assuring click when you reach the end of the turn. it is slightly out classed by more expensive magnetic puzzles but I find my self picking this cube up because of its stability and soft feel.
Out of the box, I loved it. For my first pyraminx, it is probably the best. The ball bearings reduce the pice to pice contact, which in turn will require less lube. It turns really well, and I like the feel of it. One problem of it is that for my pyraminx, one of the corners has a spring noise, which means the spring is a little off and is creating friction on the pice. This is only for my pyraminx, but it isn't a very large effect
Strong Cube...Very durable. I have dropped my cube about 20 times and it still hasn't popped. Whenever it first came out of the box it was a little tight but within 5 solves it already felt like it could be performing on the national level. As for corner cutting goes although you can do it I wouldn't recommend trying. Another great thing about this cube is that their is no need for lubrication as it is already lubricated fresh out of the factory. This pyraminx was instantly my main. Overall I believe this is a high quality pyraminx and the price is just another reason you need to get this cube. You should 100% buy it!
This cube does not come the greatest out of the box and the tips are really hard to get off but once you lube and tension this Pyraminx, it is very good!
This pyraminx performs at highest level while providing a bit of a throwback feeling. The feeling is very smooth, and the clicks are lighter than the original ShengShou pyraminx. Large Florian holes and great spring tension provide excellent corner cutting. Stability is good but not great; occasionally edges can be misplaced causing lockups. The tips click firmly into place, but are not too difficult to turn. On the whole, this puzzle combines the classic Shengshou feeling with modern performance standards to create an all-around great speedcube. It is likely my backup main behind the MoYu magnetic pyraminx, and should be considered a top-tier design. Maybe ball-bearings aren't dead yet!
This pyraminx is almost perfect, it's very fast, the right amount of smooth and clicky, and the stickers are very nice. The only problem is that out of the box it locks up at least once every 3 solves and when i tried to tighten it to fix the locking issue by the time it was gone the cube was way to tight. So overall a very good pyraminx, it locks up often but not something to be to discouraged about.
