All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I've purchased my fair share of ivy cubes, and while this isn't the best out of the box, it's relatively easy to mod which makes it the best ivy cube I have tried thus far. You can fit cube magnets center- edge (you'll have to remove some plastic on the edge caps), bend the weird alignment tabs that don't align properly out of the way, and sand down the spiky center caps. The finger indents add a great deal of control and the pillowing feels really nice, I've been able to get sub 5 averages on it modified.
Unmodified, the pieces catch really bad and lock up during solves, but it's modability bumps it back up to four stars. If you enjoy modifying cubes or are a big fan of the ivy cube, I recommend picking this one up.
When i got this cube i was a little skeptical on its quality (this is the first shengshou cube ive purchased) but this is a great cube! Looks and feels great and turns phenomenally well.
Save your money and get the Yeet Ball instead. You may grow tired of Ivy Cube very quickly....but the Yeet Ball is a more interesting and enjoyable solve.
Update: if you decide to buy an Ivy cube...spend an extra dollar and get the Qiyi version. It's much quieter than the Shengshou.
This cube was fun. In my opinion it is a 2x2 version of the skewb. It looks great and turns great. The only downside when you turn it is, it makes a somewhat loud noise. Very good puzzle 10/10
I really like to see non-wca puzzles pushed to their limits performance-wise. Technically got a youtube World Record of 1.18. Watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZwEh8i2Z8s
You don’t need any algorithms or anything, this is a pretty simple, intuitive puzzle. It feels good to turn, has positive clicks like a Skewb, and is easy to just mess around with. Fun stuff.
