Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

ShengShou Legend 5x5
It is an ok 5x5 however it has alot of lockups and things of that nature
This cube, like the title suggests, is good for its price. It performs decently out of the box, and after being lubed, the turning gets even better. The only bad thing about this cube is the corner cutting. It can't corner cut very far, but in my opinion, that isn't that big of a sacrifice. My cube came with some discoloration on one of the pieces, but it isn't very noticeable during solves.
the cube is good but what makes me not recommend it is the corner cutting, i know its an 8 dollar cube but after every turn you have to re aline it
Just like the description says, this is a good cube for beginner 5x5 solvers. It has decent speed, doesn’t pop, and is very stable. I would definitely recommend this cube to anyone starting out.
My friend showed me one of these and said he loved it. It only locked about 2% of the time but he was fine with it. So I decided to get one. I loved it. I didn't use any of my cubes for the past hour.
If you want to learn how to solve 5x5 and get decent times i would go with this cube because it is very stable and it will not pop. I would buy another thing of stickers though because some of them fall off sometimes.
Like the 4x4, this is pretty good. It only has lockups when you go really fast. But once there was this lockup where I couldn't fix it. But it took me 5 minutes to fix it, it is good for beginners.
I've played with this one quite a bit and I've come to really like it. Now that I've decided to keep it as a backup, I'm going to re-sticker it in the near future. It's a good, solid cube that I really like to just solve for funsies. It's smooth and doesn't pop. I'd recommend it to a friend.
It was smooth and flakey straight out of the box and only got faster!
