Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

We all know that the qiyi is better but this one is still really good. Still worth buying in 2023 though
Out of the box, it’s a little tight. After some adjustments, this became a great clock. If your serious about clock, buy the QiYi, but if your just getting started, buy this
Alright. TL:DR, this thing is awful.
Scrambling one of these at comps is a huge dread, and dare I even say, some are about as bad as some LingAos I’ve had to scramble (if not worse)—and that’s saying quite a bit.
There have been multiple instances over the years where I’ve had to let someone else borrow my own QiYi to use instead of their ShengShou which is borderline not competition legal.
DNF Denniel has even made videos the last 3 years on January 27th—which for whatever reason is “National Punch a Clock Day”—to show how bad it is.
I don’t even have my ShengShou Clock anymore. I destroyed it with a hammer out of frustration around a year and a half ago.
I know this sounds like I’m being really harsh, but if you’ve tried the QiYi even once, you’ll understand why I’m talking so poorly about it.
Long story short, it doesn’t matter if you’re tight on money—this doesn’t deserve any of it. Save your money and go buy a QiYi.
You can thank me later.
Nice for people starting out with clock, but if you are wnating to become good at this event, buy the Qiyi clock.
Video of me solving clock:
not the clocks, the pins. but turning is well
It's a really good clock but the qiyi magnetic is slightly better
ShengShou Magnetic Clock
The puzzle is good, but the gears are kind of hard to turn.
Meh, it’s ok for the money. The pins fall down easily but it’s workable.
This might be the best budget clock, but I would not use it as my main.
