All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

ShengShou Mr. M 4x4
77yo wm been cubing abt 6 mo+... just to keep the
wheels turning. learned 3x3 within 4 wks. 2x2 was too easy.
speed is not my thing, it's the story I tell myself as I journey
thru the challenge. Maybe next year I'll try a 5x5.. Couldn't be
that hard. Only took 8 days for this 4x4. At that rate, I'll be doing
21x21 in just a couple of min. haha have fun folks
I say 8 days and that was w/o any cliff notes, cheat sheets
or YT vids
When I first received this cube I was shocked, it was actually better than my WuQue and still is to this day. It’s very fast but the magnets strength can be a little unbalanced for faster solving, but if you’re looking to be sub-50 then I wouldn’t recommend maining a budget cube anyways.
Amazing cube for its price and can be used by all around solvers.
(Mine has bad faded sticker shades but they seem defective so I wont credit the puzzle for that)
It turns smooth with light magnetic feeling, great cube
its nice for the price
Great cube! It instantly became my main(mostly because my old cube you would get a lock up every other turn). I'm a sloppy turner so I get lockups more than I would like but that's just me. Perfect for getting started on 4x4. I never liked 4x4 because my cube was so bad but then I got this I started solving 4x4 all the time. Great cube to get started, would recomend.
I was not expecting this cube do perform well, but from right OOTB is was very fast, and felt amazing. It actually replaced my main, the Mini Wuque, and has great performance for only $11.99. The only con is the corner cutting.
This is a great cube. After lots of DNM37 and tension adjustment, it's very smooth and stable. I don't get lockups, but I'm very slow so your results may be different if you're fast. I use my own method which uses lots of slice moves, and this cube makes them almost effortless. It's a direct solving method, so I don't use a 3x3 stage, and I can't speak to this cube's feeling for reduction solves.
It's not as good as my Aosu GTS2 but I use it more because I love the classic stickered look and the magnetic feel. Compared to the Qiyi mini Thunderclap, it's a whole lot smoother and lighter - I recommend the Mr. M over the Thunderclap 100%.
Adjusting the tensions was difficult. There is a very narrow range that works. Initially I loosened it, but that caused lockups, so I tightened it a half turn tighter than stock tensions - and the cube would not move at all. It was literally impossible to turn. So, I put it back to approximately stock tensions and corrected some uneven sides, and then it started to feel very good. So, I suggest sticking close to stock tensions but taking care to tension evenly. A whole lot of fast lube also helps.
I was a bit frustrated when i realized the cube took 7 days to come in when i ordered 5 day shipping, but I guess i just chose the busiest company on the busiest day.
OOTB, it was pretty good. I wouldn't recommend to take this apart, like other 4x4's. It turns pretty well and a major improvement from my 4x4 rubiks brand which I got 8:02 on. Overall, my time went up 6 minutes after doing a solve! (2:24)
I would highly recommend this to any beginner or a advanced person because it could work with both.
