ShengShou Phoenix Megaminx
The Phoenix Megaminx is a new shape modification of a megaminx from ShengShou. This is a 3 color edge and face turning puzzle that seems simple at first, but it is more of a challenge than you may think. With 12 axes of rotation, jumbling, and bandaging this puzzle has it all!
Note: This puzzle comes in a random combination of the 6 normal stickerless bright shades. So the puzzle you receive may not have the same color scheme as the one pictured.

Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

It’s a great shape morph puzzle. The mechanics of the puzzle are excellent; it’s smooth and very easy to turn. I’ve had it for about a week, and I love the patterns I’ve made. I highly recommend it.
Silky smooth turning, never falls apart after hundreds of solves ,forces you to think hard, this puzzle is a bargain! There are more than one way of solving this, and some ways are more complex than others. The idea is to find the fastest and most efficient solve. This leaves room for creativity! You should like this puzzle.
I really liked the "mystery" of what color you get with this one. It actually adds to the fun. I found this one to be slightly more difficult than a standard megaminx because of the possible parity issue. The build quality feels really solid and smooth.
This puzzle looks so simple and once scrambled and trying to piece back together, I just keep coming back with lumps and disfigured faces! This is one great challenge I can't wait to complete! Even though I have spent nearly $1000 on puzzles so far, this is the greatest, by far $10 that you could spend! I was given this as a gift for my birthday.
This is one of the only megaminx shape mods on the market and it’s a neat solve with some interesting parity between like pieces. I wish there was a way to buy in a single color though!
This is a fun puzzle. I have not got to truly mess it up horribly but it turns well and has a nice feel.
The puzzle mechanics reminds me more of the skewb/pyraminx (same internals) rather than a megaminx. I wanted a new interesting puzzle, which this absolutely is. Just know that it is not a megaminx mod.
One unexpected surprise was it came with blue and green on the ends and YELLOW in the middle instead of red. I like this look better that the one pictured so I am not complaining.
I'm still getting to know this puzzle.
OOTB, this puzzle is great. Brightly colored and it has a solid feel.
This cube is a shapeshifter and I've found that not only do you have to place the colors correctly but also orient the pieces back into a smooth shape again.
Even if this puzzle had only two colors, it would still be a challenge.
I'm sure that this will be a satisfying solve.
I only gave four stars because it hasn't quite been like a megaminx. (Similar to a Rediminx is not a megaminx)
Understanding how this cube works, I think, is going to help me to understand other cubes in my collection.
This cube is an interesting puzzle to solve. I got mine from PuzzlCrate, and it was a little crunchy out of the box, but 2-3 drops of DNM-37 did the trick. The big problem I had was it popped on my first solve. This was not a big pop, just like 5 or 6 pieces came out. This is just a note, the puzzle can restrict some moves but overall it is the best shape mod I own and have a great time trying to solve it.
The cube was very fun to solve, and turns very well. I was lucky and got it the same color as my Phoenix 3x3, but that Is not why I like it so much. The only problem I had with it is the texture. I really liked the texture on the 3x3 version, but the megaminx is flat, and doesn't have the little bumps that I was looking forward to. Overall, it is an amazing puzzle, and fun to solve.
