Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

out of the box its good but it does need a bit of lubing and it pops alot
OOTB, this puzzle feels light.
I have noticed that the stickers can potentially peel off, if you're not careful.
The puzzle is very sandy, I've since added lube to the parts that touch.
I've then had a piece pop off as I was scrambling the puzzle.
I was then able to add lube to the core.
The "BALL CORE" is impressive. After lubing the entire puzzle, the movement has been a lot better.
This is a nice addition to my cube collection, for display especially.
Again, after I've lubed, scrambled and solved a few times this puzzle has broken in quite nicely.
The plastic used could've been a little more sturdy. The seemingly lightweight and thin plastic tends to catch and pop a bit more easily than if a more dense plastic.
I've had to be conscious of this and to move a little more gently and not fast or forcefully. That takes away from the fun of randomly just twisting and turning at speed.
This puzzle is good for understanding how pyramid type puzzle cubes move. I personally enjoy this, as being familiar with many puzzle cubes.
I would not recommend this to anyone who tends to be clumsy and forceful with their puzzles.
This is a collectors cube for sure.
I've decided to include pictures of where I lube, the puzzle broken down, the core (where I've lubed), the hollow core (there's a round cap that's removed in the picture, I've also shown the 'oval' connnecting piece that clicks into place.
Seeing the inner mechanism is always helpful to me, I hope this is helpful for you too.
Pieces pop out all the time. I had to take it apart and carefully adjust all 8 screws to have the same tension to keep it together.
This puzzle is amazing! Right out of the box, it turned very well. It is a great shape mod and is very easy! It's currently one of the easiest cubes in my collection. The only complaint I may have is that the stickers are peeling a bit and it pops every now and then. Overall, I would highly recommend this to a beginner cuber who doesn't have much experience but it's great for advanced cubers also! Great job, Traiphum!
