Product Description

The Valk 4 M is the first 4x4 in the iconic Valk line. It measures a compact 60mm across, making it more comfortable to hold and turn. When turning each layer slowly, the cube has a very comfortable, stable smoothness. When turning faster, there is a pleasant, slight hint of crunchiness. Corner cutting is quite flexible and is on par with other top 4x4's. Used and endorsed by world-class cuber Mats Valk himself, this puzzle is sure to please solvers from beginners all the way to seasoned professionals.

This version has lighter magnets.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

The QiYi Mo Fang Ge Valk 4 is a 4x4 that people are extremely hyped about for a while now. The development of this cube took over two years just to make sure the performance is good enough. Well, tell you what. This cube is good despite the first 4x4 in the Valk lineup, but it can be better. I'll start with the specifications and feeling of this cube first. This cube is 40 dollars and it is 60 millimeters across which makes comfort to hold. My version is the standard version, so it does not say "M" on the packaging. Out of the box, this cube had a very fast and scratchy turning along with some crunchiness to it. Magnet strength of this cube rather be medium instead of weak. Tensions are quite loose, thus allowing some unstability to go with it. I set it up by tightening up the tensions to have some stability and lubed Weight 5 on the rings along with a mixture of Speedy and DNM-37 on the pieces. This resulted in a very smooth and stable turning without affecting speed. Lockups are very minimal on this cube. The main drawback on this cube is the lack of flexibility, which resulted in a blocky turning blended in with some catching to it. Turning style may vary on this cube. Overall, very good 4x4 from Qiyi and is certainly better than the WuQue. This does not make me switch my main just because people think this is the best. I still perfer the AoSu GTS2 M over it.

It's turning is very smooth. The corner cutting is phenomenal. I love the stabilization from the magnets. Not gonna lie though, the magnets make M moves a bit difficult especially when you get a PLL Parity.

I got this cube as a present and when i opened it i was blown away! The feeling to me was better the the Aosu GTS2 M. However after a couple break in solved i got a massive pop. i tightened the cube a little and so far it’s okay but now i’m a little cautious when using it, something i do not want in a cube. I love it tho and i think it’s really good!

it popped and sucks don't buy its only buy the Aosu GTs2M
