Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

great cube turns very smooth and fast
This cube is much better than the stickerless Qiyi Wushuang I used before. Not much else to say - my times dropped about 10 seconds from about 1:18 to 1:08 after about a month.
In my opinion, the Valk 5 M is the best 5x5 on the market, even 3 years after its release. It is plush, stable, and a great fit for my turning style.
The valk 5 is a verry good cube and i prefer it over the mgc because it is verry stable and doesnt pop, but it is a bit slow for my preferance.
My most recent 5x5 before the Valk 5 M was a Yuxin from 2015, so I'm slightly biased here. But this cube has been great after 150 solves and I broke my records on it without taking it apart to lube or tension. The magnets are great too, not too strong and not too weak. The speed is also very controllable. I also enjoy Qiyi's half bright sticker shades that come with this cube. The $51 price (I got it on sale for $41) is reasonable given the quality.
It took my Valk 5 upwards of 200 solves before it was turning how I’ve been told, this took me about a month to do
But after break in, it is a fantastic 5x5, a tad pricy, but a fantastic 5x5
The Valk 5 is an outstanding puzzle. For my birthday I never intended to get this puzzle for a new 5x5, because I was looking at the MGC 5x5. But when my latest package arrived, my mother surprised me with this, which I didn't expect. And I love it. Out of the box, the turning was a bit slower than I anticipated, but I unboxed it right after unboxing the fastest cube I've ever used so maybe it was relative thinking. The layers turn smoothly, and at 62mm the puzzle doesn't feel too large nor small for me. The puzzle feels like a classic Valk style sort of cube, where it is very stable. I do wish the inner layers were a little easier to turn on their own, because I came from a 4x4, where I felt compelled to always do a slice move with one move. But, that's probably something I'll have to get used to. Now, as much as I do love this puzzle however, I feel more compelled to recommend the MGC 5x5 purely because of the price. The MGC is less than half the price of the Valk 5x5 and I've heard it has very similar performance to the this, but if you love the Valk style of cubes, this 5x5 will surely impress you.
Valk 5 M
it's a pretty good cube. expensive for its quality . you can buy The MGC 5x5 for half the price and twice the quality
