Vladi's Evil Seed is a puzzle from Calvin's that is an odd shape like Vladi's Seed, but with some added difficulty. This version of the puzzle has defined centers and an extra axis of rotation.

Our Promise to You
All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.
Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This is not simply a two layered cheese puzzle. There are two fixed pieces on each layer (top and bottom) that limit some center turning moves. If you want a fully functioning puzzle that always turns through the center, you can easily sand off one of the two inner notches that connect center pieces
I was having trouble with my puzzle as it would get stuck sometimes when turning it on the middle. Had to take it apart and found out one of the inner center pieces is wrong. Ended up having to modify it, and afterwards it worked great! It’s a fun challenge just had that one issue with mine.
Highly reccomend it for anyone's collection. I got the stickered version. Turns alright. Fun little picket sized challenge
It’s a fun puzzle but it’s hard to turn and it breaks a lot.
As the other reviews mention, this puzzle locks up when making one of the turns along the cut across the middle. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I love turning it otherwise. The shape is awesome. It's not too difficult after working on it for a few days, but I still haven't figured out how to deal with parity situations!
while i love the cool shape and movement of this cube the puzzle lacks somthing its how should i put it clanky it feels like it catchs on somthing when turning . as somthing i do with most cubes taking it apart show the amazing engineering of the cube and provides insight in how to solve it. the puzzle second downfall is stickers with the strange way it turns stickers will probally fall off
overall its deceint for the price
Oh boy.... You don't realize the true meaning of Evil until you try this cube...
This is the only cube out of my 65+ cube collection that literally gave me nightmares for the 1 and a half weeks it took to solve it. Let me try to explain the complexity of this terrifying puzzle.
First of all, it shapeshifts. And every turn you make has the possibility to shift the direction of the entire cube, which means that the center pieces might start moving along with the turns, and even hide inside the cube below the other pieces. Even though it's a nightmare just trying to comprehend the mechanics of this super difficult puzzle, I have to say I loved the challenge and think any serious problem solver would as well! I think it's far more difficult than the Ghost Cube, Ghost Pyraminx, or the Bagua Cube.
But beware of the bad quality. Even after being grinded down the cube locks up 70% of the time, which turnes longer algorithms into a struggle.
